Are You Excited About NCAA Football 10?

It's weird because this is the first year that I'm not calling around all over the place trying to get the game early. I'll still get the game but the excitement just isn't there.

I went with No. I cannot remember a time when I was this disinterested in the upcoming NCAA release.

Last year (09) was the first year ever in the series (going back to Bill Walsh days) that I did not purchase the game. I'm frustrated with the current direction the development team has taken the series and decided to no longer buy the game until EA gets "it".

Nothing has changed my opinion. NCAA 10 is GameFly material.

I am on the other hand excited about Madden this year. Maybe it's just the fact that I've been pretty pumped about NCAA for the past 2 years. This year Madden gets my excitement.

I don't think i'm getting this year. Will be the first time in a long time I haven't. For one not that excited about this but manly because I bought my games out of order this. I usually buy NCAA then Madden then Tigerwoods. This year i bought TW and FN so might skip NCAA and just get Madden...

I went with "no" as well. I prob would not have purchased the game this year had it not been that you posted the GVL league info, which spiked my interest. It's a wait and see approach RE: the end-result of what comes in the way of fixing the roster issues.

And, after pulling out last year's game, I don't really see that much gameplay difference from '09. Just my opinion.

That said, I'm not sure how much I'll play it ... I am so hooked on Tiger Woods 10 right now.

Its interesting to see so many people who said they wouldn't buy it all the sudden buy it.

I know I'm going to seem like one of those people but its not my money I'm buying it with so I don't care that much haha.

Especially ODogg...Mr. "I think I'm giving up on the NCAA series", dude went out and bought the 360, PS3, and PSP version. Holy shit. I figured he wouldn't even bother buying the 360 version, instead he buys almost every damn version known to man.

Basically it's better than they thought it would be and they are eating their words.

In short, if they can Fix the rosters and sliders and have a more consistant pass rush, NCAA will be a great game. Their words, not mine.

I haven't been this deflated about a game in a loooong time. However, the impressions I've been reading have piqued my interest. I'm trying to wait a couple of weeks before I make a decision because right now a lot of it has been "New Car" moments.

I am a sucker for an OD with good peoples, so if something like that pops up I might buy it used.

This game has been very fun IMO. I'm not a big NCAA guy, I usually just played to hold myself off until madden. This one though has been addicting. I like it alot better than last years. I will probably play this post madden as well.

I don't understand why everybody is thinking the game is going to suck. When it comes out play it for yourself. I like it.
