Not sure why all the BoSox fan's are getting heated about this, the one thing that makes Beckett better is when he has a chip on his shoulder, and now he does. I didn't see the game first hand but from what I heard Beckett took a long ass time before he turned toward the plate to throw and Abreu called for time when he was staring down the guy at 2nd. Thus he turned and let her loose. Throwing a baseball that hard takes so much force with your shoulder that you can't just stop everything on a dime, so there really is no way for anyone at any level of MLB or on VSN that can determine whether it was intentional or not. The only person that knows the true answer to that is Beckett himself. Love the dude though, such a gamer.
