Best "Young" QB

Hilarious that the only two Ryan detractors are Ravens fans. Don't ever see any Falcons fans talking shit about Flacco.

I think Flacco is a great young QB, he reminds me of Ben Roethlisberger, with the great arm and the poise. But Matt Ryan has the aptitude and love for the game that should allow him to one day orchestrate his own offense and call plays on the field ala Peyton Manning. Everyone who speaks to him gets that he is one of the brightest football guys in the league and he has plenty of physical talent to go with that.

That is why people give him the edge over Flacco, his football IQ is considered to be on Manning/Brady's level. Not saying Flacco is a rockhead, he's definitely got some great leadership qualities. He's just not revered as a football prodigy like Ryan is. And I think that is a big part of why Ryan is widely perceived as the better of the two.

i am not a ravens fan and I would pick Flacco over Ryan, not saying anything bad about Ryan at all, what he did with that team last year as a rookie is fantastic, but right this second Flacco is doing a whole lot with less talent around him(on offense)

Derrick mason is a beast and all the guy does is catch passes, hes just as good as Roddy White and Mark Clayton/Kelley Washington is better then any other WR on Atlanta. It'll be intresting to see what Ryan will do this year now that Turner doesnt get to play the worst rush defenses this year.

I'll say it again for the people who still didn't get it, I don't care about the youngest QB's in general. I wanted to know who you thought was the best out of the ones in the poll. I didn't how to categorize them other than none of them are vets like Manning, Brady, or Mcnabb. That's why I had the quotation marks around the young part, because it wasn't young QBs in general.

Derrick Mason is a possession receiver. Roddy White is a playmaking, speed receivers. You will get bigger plays out of White. Love how you failed to mention that Ryan has future Hall-of-Fame TE Tony Gonzalez who > > > > > any other Baltimore receiver. Michael Jenkins > any other Baltimore receiver. Also, Ray Rice is the Ravens second best receiver.

Ryan has a better arsenal.

I love Mason but he ain't as good as Roddy White. Not anymore.

lol @ Clayton being better than any other WR on ATL. No way. Ravens would be 4-2 right now if Clayton could catch the ball. He's terrible.

Ray Rice is the only legit big play weapon the Ravens and Flacco have. Bottom line is, if the Ravens felt Flacco had all this great talent around him, they wouldn't have called the Bills about getting Terrell Owens and been rumored in trade talks for every WR available.

Not going to get into this debate as I will only say this, I don't know of a single Ravens fan that would trade Flacco for Ryan, and I am positive that there are no Falcons fans that would trade Ryan for Flacco. They are both great players, both should be Pro Bowlers, and will play against each other in the Super Bowl some day. Bold prediction.
