Well, it's very unprofessional. I certainly have a debate, because Marleau has never even been to the Cup Final. He also had the "C" stripped, so that certianly says something about his character.

What does a Cup final have to do with player production? That's a team accomplishment.

He had the C stripped because he's not the right leader for that team, again what does that have to do with production? (Considering his production has gone up since losing the leadership role....)

I mean, you claim he was invisible vs Detroit, yet he had 2 GWG in that series and a career playoff tally of just shy of 0.5 Goals a game. Marleau plays in the playoffs and you're blowing smoke if you disagree.

Heatley and Burrows' offensive numbers last year are not far apart at all and burrows is 1000 times better defensively.

If were going career wise...then yes, Heatley and his linemates are better.
If its based on last year...im giving it to Burrows on the Sedins.

He was absolutely unstoppable in the Detroit series (GWG in game 2), GW assist to Marleau in Game 3, tied up the game and also got the GW assist in Game 4).

Heatley played with a torn groin, he wasnt skating and he couldnt get open whenever Thornton had the puck. But he did put up 13 points, and he showed some heart, that's all you can ask for. Heatley has 12 G, 36 A, 48 points in 48 playoff games... That's far from choking.

I agree with Drake about Marleau. He was invisible in the Colorado series, he wasnt moving his feet and couldnt hit the net for shit. Marleau showed up in the Detroit and Chicago series'. He scored the GWG in Game's 3 and 5 and scored 5 goals in 4 games in the Chicago series. And yet you call him a choker...

...Stick to the Leafs and actually watch a playoff game next year if you're going to bash the Sharks. And I'm not going to bother responding to this dumbass Bruins fan who thinks Burrows is better than Heatley. At least talk when Burrows has two 50 goal seasons.

The team has been stacked with talent and ripped teams apart in the regular season yet get knocked out of the playoffs every year and never win.
