Perhaps it's not a blockbuster in the same sense the Eli/Rivers trade was, but moving the #1 pick is some kind of blockbuster.
 
How is this not a blockbuster? The NFL rarely sees any big trades, for the NFL standard this is a fucking blockbuster.

Anyways, if the Bucs can pull this off they are making a tremendous move. They gave Josh Johnson some play time last year and realized they don't need him with Freeman taking the reigns full time now.

Rams on the other hand... what the fuck? I guess they aren't sold on Suh. Maybe they are trading down to grab Okung or Berry. If they take McCoy I'll shit my pants though.

Curious, what makes you believe he isn't NFL ready? Especially comparing him to his piers, if anybody looks like he can make an immediate impact it would be Suh.

I can go on and on about his skill set. He can line up outside and rush the passer, he can go through the A-Gap or B-Gap, whatever you want him to do. He's by far the most versatile player in this draft.

Nebraska's D was designed for Suh to take on blocks and free up the linebackers for tackles. That being said, even when he was double teamed throughout a game he still found ways to free up his teammates(obviously) and still make game changing plays.

His athleticism is wicked, how many defensive lineman do you know that can jump as high as him? Suh was tied for sixth nationally in passes defended, a category usually reserved for defensive backs. He was one of only three defensive linemen listed in the NCAA's top 100 in that category.

So aside from trying to sound smart and making a bold prediction, what's the matter with Suh? Are you going off a hunch or do you have some insight into the situation?

Mildtard think's the D-Line isn't important and no player will really affect it. The silly Cowboys bandwagoner obviously missed Albert Haynesworth in 08 and the Giants/Pats Suprebowl.
 
Frankly, for the Bucs if they can get this deal, it would be a steal. They need a big plug on that D-line and Suh is the biggest plug to come along in years.

All they need to give up is a back-up QB (who'd be a 3rd QB for most teams) and a 3rd round pick?
 
Why would the Rams make this deal? The only reason to trade down would be to get a QB. If that's the case, why would the Rams want Josh Johnson? I'm not buying it.

I don't want any of the shitbag QB's in this draft. I'm fine with Bulger playing out his deal. Team is terrible and would ruin any rookie QB.

Giving up Suh for what amouts to a garbage QB & garbage 3rd rd pick is embarassing.

It's even less then what the Falcons gave up for Vick - the Falcons gave up the 5th Overall, a 3rd and Tim Dwight.

Although I guess if you say they gave up Tomlinson, a 3rd and Tim Dwight it sounds a bit more blockbuster-ish.

JJ is nothing like Vick, aside from the facts that they are black and mobile.

I dont know how I feel about this trade. If we stay at 3 we are guaranteed McCoy, Suh or Berry. All 3 are supposedly cant miss players. I dont mind giving up JJ but that 3rd can hurt. They must be extremely high on Suh. I was hoping for Berry but it all starts up front.
