There were some cartoons I got stuck watching on a daily basis that really pissed me off....

This is a list that I would've made as a 10 year old kid, maybe if I were to go back and watch these shows now I'd like them more, but then I hated them. Feel free to groan if you liked these shows

Damn I hated Johnny Bravo, it was one of those shows that never went anywhere. It was painful to watch cause you knew Johnny would never get the girl which I so desperately wanted him to do. I know Bugs Bunny is never gonna be beat but atleast his cartoons were entertaining.

Sorry but Scooby Doo could never make it without the rest of his crew. Also Scrappy Doo has to be one of the worst and most annoying characters ever made.

Thundercats was a show catering to retarded kids. It was even more retarded than He-man in regards to "plot" and "dialogue".

I remember getting home from school and having to sit through MASK before getting to the Transformers and GI Joe. I never quite understood the concept/purpose of MASK...they had these normal-looking cars that could transform into fighting machines, yet the good guys and bad guys already knew what everyone's car looked like, so there wasn't any point in "disguising" your car...right?

My least favorite has already been mentioned, Johnny Bravo, just a terrible show. I didn't really watch Cartoon Network as a kid, Nickelodeon was where it was at in the 90's.

Thundercats is great to watch now because of all the ridiculous times Tigra stops to look into camera and deliver a message like "Friends are there to help each other without them..well we might as well live with Mummra" followed by uproarious laughter by all including ,samurais and bears.

The visuals and music of Thundercats >> Tranformers, GiJoe even though I liked the other two better.

I was past my toon phase when these were out. I auto-hated them.



Im changing my mind.

I recall the season in which I was utterly disgusted with saturday morning/after school offerings.
My world had gone to shit.
GI-Joe was now some bootleg offering by DIC. Disney afternoons had softened up my TV. The only thing I looked forward to was these two monstrosities.

Its like the TV was trying to piss me off. I felt stabbed in the back by Nintendo. All the hype..the exciting preview issue of Nintendo Power. All for nothing.

To no surprise I bought a Sega Genesis within a few years.
 
I loved Beast Wars, I remember Toonami had some toy give a way thing and I use to call in everyday to try and win the Cheetah guy. Only time I've ever called for something like that.
 
All those Johnny Bravo haters can go jump of a cliff.

Alway's hated Widget the World Watcher as a kid, when I was growing up in Australia they always had it before Pinky and the Brain (aka the GOAT in regards to TV Shows), which made my 8 year old self want to go kick a puppy.
 
I never liked anything on cartoon network. It always seemed bland and boring. Also didn't like anything on local channels in the weekends like most kids say. Except for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles because I loved the movies growing up. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2: Secret of the Ooze is a top 5 movie for me.

I was a Nickelodeon kid.

I mean youd watch the cartoon that involved tranforming war machines , roided out cats , and global warfare and after its done.. you got to play with those machines of ass kickery.

I was buiding makeshift military bases out of shoeboxes and couch cushions.
During holidays Id take empty giftwrapping rolls tie them to my arm and pretend I was blasting the shit out of my sisters like fuckin Megatron. ((id throw balled up aluminum foil for effect))...MEGA-TRON think about that.

How the fuck did kids play "Doug" or "Johnny Bravo" with there friends ?
