Indianapolis Colts Pro Bowl tight end Dallas Clark has a hand/wrist injury that will sideline him indefinitely, sources close to the situation said Wednesday.

The length of Clark's absence is uncertain, as is the exact nature of his injury.

"He's being evaluated," Colts coach Jim Caldwell said Wednesday when asked about Clark's injury.

Clark plans to get a second and possibly even third opinion before the Colts fully determine exactly how long he will be out, a league source said.

The Colts believe they'll have the definitive word on Clark's injury and absence by Thursday, regardless of what the third opinion says, ESPN senior NFL analyst Chris Mortensen reported. Surgery is being discussed.

Earlier Wednesday, the Colts re-signed tight end Gijon Robinson, who was waived earlier this year.

12 man and you start a tight end, he should have been picked up at least two weeks ago. I drafted him and Jermaine Gresham in a league. They pretty much laughed me out of the room on draft day, but it's working out.
 
Maybe it's me, but this fucking guy seems to be hanging around his teammate Bob Sanders too much. Why does it seem like he's always getting hurt?

Some leagues don't require you to start a TE, like the one im in. I don't have any of the good TEs who actually get points in fantasy consistently, so I'm not pissing away one of the four reserve slots I have for one.

Neither of these guys are anything near Glass Sanders...

Addai didn't miss a game last year and is expected to play week 8 against Houston.
 
It's pretty hard to be Bob sanders, I don't even think Claire from "Heroes" was injured and healed as much as this guy. But to me, it seems like Addai and Clark are constantly getting hurt and missing a bit of time here and there.
 
Have Collie on my fantasy team too. Getting killed on that part. Looks like the Packers sent the injury bug to the Colts. Peyton will pull it through for them though.
