1. Tennessee Titans (12-4) - They're absolutely solid everywhere and I expect Vince Young to make a surprise appearance this year. I still think he has what it takes to be special.

Nice assessment on Tampa. The only thing I don't agree with is the number of wins. You have it too high at 4. I'm thinking 2 or 3...seriously.

I'm a Titans fan and I even think they're only going 11-5. Tougher schedule, and loss of Big Al will knock two wins from the team.

But we win the AFC South, not the Colts, Gonzo.

No, that's honestly how I feel about our team. We've gotten stronger on offense and slipped up a little on defense. We play Miami, Pittsburgh, and San Diego - three of the AFC's conference champions last year, and add New England to that list too.

I'm not a dumbass homer like a lot of the people on this board, and I like making my predictions realistic. That being said, the Titans go 11-5, win the AFC South and lose to New England in the AFC Championship.

The Titans predictions in this thread kill me.

Broncos at 7-9? lol.

Raiders at 2-14? lol.

Who cares both are going to suck and won't make the playoffs.

So those records should be flipped.

I also chuckled at the vikings record....i mean its possible they go 3-8 from here on out but i highly doubt it with our schedule.

I really nailed the Cincinnati prediction too.

And Dope, remember I made the Minnesota prediction based on the loss of both Williams for four games. Clearly that didn't happen. Had it happened, Minnesota might very well have finished 8-8.

As for the critics, where the hell are your pre-season predictions?

Minnesota Vikings (8-8) - Will lose the Williams boys for four games eventually this season, dooming their alleged Super Bowl run. Brett Favre simply can't get it done at 40.

2. Arizona Cardinals (10-6) - Their D is stinky and Anquan Boldin is upset. This team was a fluke last year. Yes, give them credit for a great playoff run, but they were an average team before it and an average team this year. They only get 10 wins based on playing in a division with SF and St. Louis.
3. San Francisco 49ers (6-10) - Simply don't have the offensive tools to compete. If this was 1940, they'd still finish 8-8. Shame, because I like Mike Singletary and Frank Gore deserves better.

Sounds like you thought the 49ers were gonna be one of the NFL's worst teams.

No one saw a collapse like this coming. Raise your hand if you had the Titans 0-6. When I made that statement, I was also basing it off other predictions. Everything I read had them going between 8-8 to 12-4. I could have been a huge homer and said that they were going 14-2 or something stupid like that. Oh fucking well, I was wrong...sue me.

Injuries and coaching have really decimated this team and for the first three games, they could have possibly won with better special teams play. No excuse for the last two blowouts though.

Season isn't over. Favre was amazing in the first half for the Jets too.
I want to see how he plays in the 2nd half before I hand over the Lombardi.

Williams bros. really should have been suspended. They failed the tests. How was I to know they would get away with it again this season.

this is the parity era. A team can look like crap the 1st 8 and come on like gang busters the second 8.

I don't even have the Giants in the Playoffs. They have no receivers that have proven anything. If Hakeem Nicks doesn't absolutely shine, the Giants struggle to go .500 IMO.
