Short-term it looks bad, but long-term it changes the mentality of the team. I'm all for it, but apparently Kirk is as good as gone at least he thinks he is.

Personally, I think Gordon stunts the growth of Rose, so I'm all for his Jamal Crawford ass to get the fuck off our team.

I don't know why the Bulls are so eager to get rid of Hinrich. His slaray drops each of the next few seasons, he's a valuable offensive and defensive piece. He can play both guard positions, defend as many as 3 perimeter positions and IMO is a great influence on Rose and a nice change of pace.

Gordon is a one dimensional player who IMO hurts the team as much as he helps it a lot of the time.

DeJaun Blair, Jack McClinton. That's all I've gotta say for the Spurs picking at 37 & 51. Great draft, I wanted these players but I couldn't think there there is any way in hell the Spurs are gonna pick them up especially Blair who was supposed to be a lottery pick.

You guys did have a phenomenal value draft.. the Spurs seem to be the only team not dumb enough to pass on legit talent all the time.

Pretty sure most of us wanted DeRozan as Raptor fans.. even tho one of my boys insists that its a bad pick and that DeRozan will develop too slow. I still think its a great pick and im looking forward to seeing his athleticism live and in person.

im actually happy about our drafted, we pick up three guards that we need, since our guards right now are telfair and bobby brown, so i am happy with the pick ups with ricky jonny and wayne, they all have potential to be really good. every one is saying ricky will be a bust but he can really turn out to be something really special. we also picked up a 6'11 dude who we can let him play a little more in europe and let him develop. i really like the pick of wayne

Jennings is a huge risk / reward player, but I like the pick because it means that Ridnour is likely on his way out.

Meeks should be able to contribute his rookie year, but I would have preferred Buddinger or McNeal.

Exactly. If you look at your depth chart it's kind of a mess even if Rubio does stay.

Name me one skill (that isint "he knows how to win and works hard) that could translate into the NBA . He cant bully people in the post anymore because hes already shown hes incapble of doing that v people of similar stature which the NBA is full of . He never used real post up moves so that is out the window. He has no midrange game so that is out the window too .

Hes a hard worker who i see being a bench guy who brings toughness at best .... Its not even the fact that we chose him , its that we chose him at 13!

I honestly dont even think hes that talented , lets see how well he knows how to win on a below average team like ours instead of a team that is already a top team (in terms of talent).

u gotta at least give him a chance....he had to do something right to win the Player of the Year in college. at first i thought Tyler = Christian Laettner(sp?) but they said he's supposed to be an energy type guy. like Chris Andersen and young David Lee. Which bringing that will to win and hustle spreads to the entire team. I dont think he'll be AS bad as everyone is saying. But i dont think he will be a very good player either, he'll find his niche.

Except that Hansbrough doesnt have near the athleticism/hops/defensive abilities of Birdman.

We'll be lucky if he's half as effective as Lee or Andersen. He isn't gonna be able to throw his shoulder into people and get to the free throw line every time in the NBA, he isn't Shaq. He has a decent midrange jumper but other than that, nothing.

We just missed the one guy I wanted out of this draft, and that was Tywon Lawson. Though it's not clear we would've picked him over Teague even if he was there. Either way, it was heartbreaking seeing him go at 18.

Like Teague enough to be intrigued, but not entirely sold.
