I think the offensive line does suck. In fact, its probably the worst in the league, and the starting tackle combinations of Pace/Williams and Williams/Shaffer are possibly the worst starting tackle combos of the entire decade. Amazingly, the Pace/Williams combination is what the Bears CHOSE to enter the year with. At least on the defensive side of the ball they can somewhat blame Urlacher's injury...they have no one else to blame about their offensive line.
Omiyale is one of the worst offensive linemen I have ever seen.
Kruetz has been severely overrated for years. He is in the lower-tier of starting centers, IMO.
Garza is a good run blocker but not such a good pass blocker. Still, he is a decent player and would be a starter on several other NFL teams.
Williams is weak and slow. He brings nothing to the table.
Shaffer is a practice squad type player who is now a starter. He occupies the RT spot...thats about all you can say.

I think this is the best post of this entire mess of a thread.
Cutler and the Bears are in some sort of worst case scenario for this team this season. The Bears defense is old, injured, slow, and is running a scheme predicated on having a pass rush and quality players at the 3 technique tackle position, the line backer position, and at a safety position. They have none of these things. Harris is hurt/done, Urlacher is out, and well the Bears haven't had a good safety in years.
The offense and Jay Cutler are in even worse shape. Look, I will say this up front Cutler makes some absolutely horrendous choices with the ball at times. Even at his Pro-Bowl best so far in his young career he was a QB with ball security issues.
Now everything is compounding on this offense. Cutler has the propensity to make mistakes. His offensive line sucks. His WR's suck. His offensive coordinator sucks. Everything builds on itself. Ron Turner is awful and couldn't call a game to save his life. Even if he could the offensive line can't block making Cutler, who's decision making can be shaky at time, rush his throws to wide receivers who are bad. They either aren't open, aren't where they are supposed to be, don't where where they are supposed to be, or don't have a chance or aren't gifted enough to make a play on a badly thrown ball...or even a well thrown ball. Hell even if Cutler had time I don't have much, if any faith, in this WR corps knowing what to do or being good enough to consistently get open. There's a reason that a guy like Johnny Knox can be drafted in the 5th Rnd and immediately become your best WR, or how a guy like Aromashodu can not even be active for half the season and all of a sudden become the focal point of the offense...The WR's are just bad.
Yes Cutler has to make better choices with the ball. Maybe this failure of a year will finally drive that point home? Maybe as he gets older and matures he will learn it? Maybe he never learns it but still he needs to be smarter than the ball. But pinning this all on Cutler, or all on the Oline or all on the WR's or all on Ron Turner is just off base.
It's been a total systemic failure of the offense and of the team in general. I will say this though, Cutler has the chance to do some very good to great things in Chicago if they fix the situations around him...and he helps himself out by being smarter with the football.
