Agreed. If anything this entire series shows us how god damn good the Spurs are and how they'll probably pound both of these teams in 5 games.

I wouldnt be so quick to write off the Heat in the finals match-up vs the Spurs (assuming they get there, and they will). This is eerily similar to last years scenario, when everyone was picking the hot Thunder to beat up on the Heat on the finals because they looked unimpressive. They are playing pretty lackluster ball and still have home court vs a team playing their hearts out in Indiana. The Pacers are playing great ball save some minor stretches, and yet here we are tied at 2, and it couldve been 3-1 for Indy, but it also could've been 3-1 for Miami, while playing poorly. Indiana tried real hard to give the game away last night (after the blown shot clock violation call the team went completely flat).

I think Miami takes the next 2 games, but Indiana will continue to give their all and play them close, while Miami seems to be coasting, and getting very little from their bench. The same damn thing we were saying last season...

I'll just leave the lulz to you guys. It's not like I don't live in San Antonio and talk daily to and watch games with other Spurs fans, watch the local news interviews with the team and frequent Spurs forums to talk about the team. The Pacers are 2-2 with the Heat and should be 3-1 if not for a brain fart in OT.

On VSN, it's hysterical to think that the Pacers might be the better team :yao:

What you said has NOTHING to do with watching games or tape. Saying "One team just wanted it more" or blaming it on "heart" is the worst sports comments ever. I understand why the Pacers do well against the Heat, the have a size advantage that they use to get more rebounds and pressure the lane on both sides of the ball. Saying it is "willpower" that causes Hibbert to cause problems for the Heat or "determination" that makes Lebron commit 2 turnovers in the final 30 seconds is about as dumb of an argument that anyone can make.

If the Heat win this series they will win the championship in 6 games. If Indiana wins this series I could see the finals coming down to a game 7. I don't think the Spurs are as great as Mr. Bill and others are claiming them to now be that they beat up on an odd Memphis team that obviously was the beneficiary of an injured Blake Griffin and Russell Westbrook.

Lets not forget the Manu Ginobili is a shell of his former self. Leonard is inconsistent. Parker and Duncan would have to play at a high level for a sustained period of time to beat either the Heat or Pacers.

Are you referring to Danny Granger? Granger went from being one of the the more underrated players to now being one of the most overrated. At this point with his inefficiency and him taking shots away from George and Hibbert it is better that Granger isn't playing. Granger being inured is a positive for the Pacers, because it has allowed both George and Hibbert (who are passive) to step up and lead. Granger being injured does not equal Griffin and Westbrook being injured........when you consider that the Pacers haven't played with George all season and the Clips and OKC lost both Griffin and Wesbrook in the playoffs it can't be compared.

The Heat would be in this position regardless....lets not pretend as if they are not the top team in the East.

Heat offense was miserable that year, it was hero ball with Wade and James taking turns.

Jason Terry turned into a legend and I believe had 3-4 20+ point games. Jason Kidd had a really good series too, Chandler was a great defender and Dirk averaged 25 and 10.
