Favorite NCAA To Date

What was your favorite intro from those years where they went form college town to college town. My favorite was the group of rednecks from Arkansas standing in front of the frat house with that fucking pig. haha

The NCAA 2K games were kinda meh. I had the Eric Crouch cover(2k3?) and mainly bought it cause it had Crouch on the cover. And I figured, 2K, cant go wrong.

06 was my favorite. Really got wrapped in the Race for the Heisman stuff. First was 03. I had a College Ball game on my pc before and that was it.

i would kill for a NCAA 2k. i didn't start to appreciate to greatness of 2k until APF (which was far to late).

2K's college football games, unlike their NFL ones, were shit. CLW, I agree with you with the NCAA 2002 intro, that was awesome.

I'm going with 06, played the hell out of that game. Loved the addition of Impact Players, Race for the Heisman mode, and In-Season Recruiting.

It comes down to 2004 and 08 on the PS2 for me. Ultimately, 2004 gets the nod because of the HFA and jump the snap features in 08.

2004 was amazing. And it helps that I was really really good at that game (I think my online record was like 100-25 or something)..

I'm somewhat shocked at how well 09 is doing. With the sliders that did not/do not work; no pass rush; no defense; glitches in the online dynasty; etc...

Gotta remember that this is a younger site. There is also a lot more "cheese" players around these parts, at the least more players that admit they cheese.

I would imagine anyone under 20 has a pretty tough time remembering the "glory days" of 04-05. Heck, I'm sure some of these guys never even played a last-gen version.

Nothing wrong with that, but that is going to skew the results.

lol. That doesn't make any sense with everybody voting for old-gen. I've played (and own) NCAA 09 on 360, unfortunately. I've also played NCAA 08 on PS3... I just don't like those that much.

I played the SHIT out of NCAA 2003 for Gamecube. Me and my stepbro did co-op Dynasties all the time. So much fun. I played 05 for Xbox and 07 for 360 a lot too.

I voted 04.

I played over 1000 games online on 2004 and was ranked in the top 100. I was a fucking cheeser who perfected the hot route blitz and dime dog nano blitz and Shotgun Bunch offense.

The game had MANY flaws that people seem to ignore, forget, or never realized but it was the most fun for me. After 2004 it all went downhill for me because I played so many games on 04 that I couldn't settle for anything worse.

NCAA 09 for PS2 was my favorite. I've been playing it since 06 so I don't really have experience with the previous versions
