No problem, it's the most fun I've had with a FIFA game in awhile.

On another note, I know an issue that's always been present since I can remember is the fact that the CPU rarely ever gets penalties let alone carded. Out of 4 games I saw them get their first yellow last night in my 4th game. I was wondering if anyone has a way to possibly get them to be more aggressive in a way that gets some penalties called?

Just beat, top of the table, Liverpool 3-1! Milner put one in the corner of the net at the 38' mark. Mario Balotelli came in at the 65' mark for Sergio Aguero and put two in the net at the 74' and 88' mark.

We played really well and I was excited to see the attack put some pressure on a top-flight squad. Solid 3 points and hopefully we can continue to play this way. Joe Hart took "Man of the Match" honors. His match rating was 7.30.

We play Newcastle next. Both Pato and Kolo Toure are able to return. I will probably give Pato the start and try something different by teaming him with Balotelli. Toure is likely to start as a sub and come in the game later as he is able to play, but, is still hampered by his injury (the band-aid graphic is still next to his name).

Holy shit! I have no idea what happened, but, my Man City squad just blew up Newcastle 8-0. Absolutely dominated them with my attack. Pato was back and he, Balotelli and David Silva just abused the Newcastle backline.

Just beat Leeds United 4-1 in the FA Cup quarterfinals. Got two goals from Aguero, a header on a corner kick from Kompany and the nail in the coffin came from David Silva.

I'm currently sitting 3rd in the table behind Man Utd and Chelsea. Next EPL games are against Norwich City on Dec 4 and Chelsea on Dec 11.

You might want to put Yaya back in the middle. You can put Milner out wide. Yaya in the middle is a MUST.

Definitely will try it against Norwich. I like to tinker with the starting group almost each game due to the level of talent on the squad and in trying to keep the players morale up.

As for Man United, I already can't stand them...lol. This is only my third season following the EPL and club soccer. I just got the bug a few years ago, so I am still learning the game, tactics, etc. I just kind of grew into rooting for Man City. They were on a lot and I liked a lot of the players on the roster at that time (Bellamy, Given, Robinho, etc.). Plus, I hate the Glazers for the way they treated Gruden so it's a no-brainer for me to root against them in whatever they do lol.

Yeah, its like that in Tampa too. Not 99.5% bad, but, they are a polarizing figure in this town.

Moved Yaya Toure to CM for the last two games and he recorded a goal against Norwich City. Milner will stay on the outside when Toure is in the starting XI.

Played Norwich City and beat the piss out of them 8-1. I was worried the game was getting too easy and that I picked it up pretty quickly. I decided to keep the settings the same for the Chelsea game and adjust if I dominated them.

Going into the Chelsea game, I sat in 3rd and Chelsea was in 2nd. Man Utd are the currently top of the table.

The game itself was very chaotic. Much of the game was played in the center of the pitch. Midfielders clogged the space and runs were few and far between. At half it was 0-0 with very few opportunities to even record a shot on goal.

Second half, I sub out Toure for Nasri at the 65' mark. In the 74' minute, I am finally able to penetrate the Chelsea backline as Pato needled a pass to Aguero who fired it into the back of the net to make the score 1-0 City!

In the 82' minute, Chelsea attempts a corner and the ref stops the match and claims handball in the box after I defend the corner. I want to say it was Lampard who took the PK. I guessed he'd go right (goalie's left) and I stopped it! Never done it before so I was stoked! However, they get another corner b/c the ball careened out of play on my save. I stop this one and play keep away before the final whistle blows and I get out of Stamford Bridge with a 1-0 win, 3 points and sole possession of 2nd place.

Whew! What a game. Thankfully it was a battle which means the settings I am using are ok, just that I am getting good enough to dominate the lower rated squads.

Just drew against Arsenal in my MM. Tough game. I had so many quality chances, I just couldn't put the ball on goal. I got a point, but, before the game I was sitting 4 points behind United, so I was really hoping to grab the three.

I've got West Brom (away) and Liverpool (home) next before the January transfer window opens. Right now, it looks like Adam Johnson will be leaving us. He has demanded a transfer due to his "lack of playing time." Pablo Zabaleta will probably be departing as well. He has claimed that he is "homesick" and wants to go back home to Argentina.

I would like to keep Johnson, but, he doesn't seem willing to budge and Zabaleta is free to go home. I'll post both once the window opens.

Just beat West Brom 2-0. Should have been 4 or 5-0. Too many missed chances. I just feel like my attack is in a funk right now.

Also, I lost Aguero to a sprained ankle in the 15th minute. So he is out for a few weeks. I scored on a Milner PK in the 41st and a David Silva strike in the 70th.

EDIT: Just checked and Aguero is out for a month. Due to this, Balotelli is going to be getting a majority of the playing time with Pato up front in the 4-4-1-1. I have Michael Owen now listed as a substitute to take the place of the injured Aguero. He's got a pretty good finishing rating, so I am thinking late game tactical sub as his role.

Just beat Liverpool, who sit 3rd in the EPL, 2-0 with a beauty of a goal at the 10' mark off a cross. Balotelli played the ball right off his foot and into the net. Pato scored the next goal just before the whistle for halftime. Played pretty defensive-minded in the 2nd half and secured the win and 3 points.

We gained some ground on Man U who lost 1-0 to Newcastle! I have one game left in December against Sunderland. It comes just two days after this game, so I am hoping my guys are fresh and we don't suffer a letdown.

Beat Sunderland 1-0 and I am more than happy about it. Most of my team had 50-60% in the way of energy. I got a goal from Gareth Barry of all people in the 32nd minute.

Due to the fatigue, some guys suffered injuries. Wayne Bridge ended up with a sprained ankle. Gael Clichy has a bruised elbow. Joleon Lescott is finally able to return to the team. I figure I will give him some minutes in our upcoming Carling Cup and FA Cup matches.

Just some transfer news updates:

- Everton submitted an offer to me for Pablo Zabaleta for 3.3m GBP. I declined as Zabaleta expressed an interest in leaving England all together. Everton then upped their offer to 4.3m. Then the Board of Directors undercuts me and sells Zabaleta to Valencia FC for 3.2m

- Stoke City made an offer for Adam Jonhson of 10.5m GBP, I turned it down. He's worth more and if I am going to sell him to a team in the EPL, I want a little more than that. Stoke came back with another offer of 12.0m. I turned it down again. Then, Arsenal came calling with 13.0m. Still not biting. I want more for him and I have all month to wait it out. After rejecting the offer for Johnson, news comes out that Man U are interested in him as well and plan to make a significant offer. Unless they blow me away...no way I sell him to Man U.

- Bayern Munich offered 11.5m for Marseille's Gonzalez

- Everton and Bayern Munich has interest in Bassong

- West Brom offered the same amount for Zabaleta. I turned it down again.

- Malaga's Buonanotte is coveted by Fiorentina. They reportedly made a 9.0m offer for him

- Bayern Leverkusen and Blackburn are now expressing interest in Zabaleta. No South American clubs have contacted yet for him.

- Chelsea make a 25.0m offer to Real Madrid for Di Maria

Anyone have issues with signing a player after the club's accepted your offer?

Right at the end of the first transfer window I sent R. Austin (I'm not a big soccer buff when it comes to players, although I absolutely adore the sport), a CM for Brann (think it's a Jamaican team) a transfer for $4M and I'm FC Kaiserslautern (grew up watching the team) of the Bundesliga. Now this was almost 2 months ago and it's saying two different things, "Player Waiting" on the negotiation status on the scrollable section on the left and "Player Review" on the right side.

I haven't gotten an e-mail back yet if the player has accepted or declined the offer. Now I'm wondering does it take this long usually for transfers or could this just be a bug? If it is a bug I didn't even notice if I lost my transfer money that was originally agreed upon with the other club.

I'm just wondering what the hell's going on here.
