[PS3] [FOOT] MW2 Thread

Just got back, I'm not joking I posted that there were 200 people, and the crowd literally doubled 10 minutes later...craziest shit I've ever seen for a release.

Just got back. I got there at 11PM and there were at least 300 people in front of me. By the time 12 rolled around, another 200 had shown up, along with some football players (including future Top 5 draft pick Ryan Williams). It took me twenty minutes to make it inside the store.

With that said, I'll be getting on and playing for an hour or so if anyone is game.

Finally picked up my copy at the local Blockbuster near me in South Tampa.

About 10-15 people showed up to this "small town" video store (considering how fucking big Tampa actually is and how it's split into sections, I lucked into being at the one smilar in size to my old city of F.W.B., FL) to either pick up their preorders or to just rent the damn thing.

One of the store employers himself got the Prestige Edition just to play the game with the night vision goggles on and he even swiped the Atomic Clock that signaled when the store was going to release the game to the rest of us. :laugh:

And as if I weren't greedy enough in just getting the Regular Edition home with me, I asked if they were able to upgrade me to the Hardened Edition... that was a negative.

Ah well. I got that ish now though. :thumbsup:

Just picked up my copy at the usual spot, over 200 people were there for the game. They brought out a "game truck" that was hosting 16 player death matches. I passed that one up and just jumped in line, I was somewhere near number 60-70, and I came an hour before midnight. Within the next hour the parking lot flooded and the line hit 200+
