If they slap a $5 mil bail on him that's $500,000 out of Hernandez's pocket they can use to help make the case against him that they currently don't have.

I really think the "threat" of there being a low speed car chase is offset by the taxpayers saving a half a million dollars to prosecute this guy.

The minute this guy is out of jail, he's on his way out of the United States. Down here in Miami (I'm aware of the geographic difference here)...guys skip bail on serious charges too often. They pay some cash, jump on a speed boat, and end up in Cuba.

Because he was denied parole today he is going to sit in jail until he is proven innocent or until he dies. Becasue if he is found guilty he is never leaving prison.

Woodhead is completely dispensable and replaceable.

Hernandez not so much.

And I disagree with the fellow who said Ballard will lead the Pats in receptions, amendola will have 100 receptions by week 12, get hurt and miss the rest of the season and still lead the team by a wide margin.

I said character matters so of course even LT is in a negative light. I think of him now as a drugged up freak. But in his case he knew/knows he wasn't doing good. He wasnt a complete sociopath but he was mentally weak and gave in.

The night the crimes were discovered, on live fucking TV no less, you had Chavo Guerrero break down crying....and then William Regal gave a cryptic message while stone faced (that didn't make sense until hearing the news about what was believed to have actually happened).
