[ALL] Game Night #5 - BF3 Night (part deux)

Since Brnt's handed over the reigns, I'm trying to get a head start on this Game Night thing.

Right now, I want to gauge what you guys would prefer to play this upcoming Monday with the caveat that you're going to show up and play said game.

Ex: If you say "Midnight Club," you gotta have the game on hand and you gotta play.

So I leave it to you guys this week.

Most repeat responses by... let's say Friday... will equal what will be chosen.

 

Preferably, if it's a game we all haven't played yet, be sure it's affordable enough that others can scoop it up and play it with you.

Addendum: Leftwich did a decent job with just the guys he had on hand (five I think) but I need a more permanant wingman for the X-Box side of things since I don't own one.

I would have stayed longer but it was only Brnt, blunt, Bones, Tebow and I. It got boring with just the five of us.

But i recommend Rainbow 6 Vegas 2, Saints Row 3 or Mass Effect 3.

I do like the idea of a random game each week to keep interest up but it would probably also be a good idea to have 1 or 2 nights each week dedicated to the current big titles out there like BF3, MW3, etc. I'd like to see a MotoGP night or even a Mario Kart Wii night.

For this week, I'd say let's go with a racing game like DiRT or Need for Speed.

It's pointless for me to suggest a game because I can't participate. I won't have Monday's off for another month and a half. I was just curious what happened to Brnt. Heck knows he's on his Xbox enough. I don't know how he doesn't have time for this?

The only racing title I have is Shift 2: Unleashed that PS+ members had access to last month. So I might be sitting this one out.

That sounds like a good idea. I'm always up for playing BF3 with fellow VSD guys, and the BF3 Game Night was the best on PS3 thus far.

How about we change Game Night's day of the week. I wanna play with Twigg and Monday kinda blows. Usually i wanna kick back and watch a ball game on a Monday after a hard days work.

Just realized... the Skate games do have quite the learning curve, but the deathraces are still fun as hell and easy to pick up... I'd be for a night change too, Mondays usually have some pretty decent TV shows on, but anybody that suggests Sundays deserves to die in a fire, nobody plays games during Game of Thrones :smug:

I just realized that Monday is my anniversary and me and the wife have row 10 seats to see Jane's Addiction. No game night for me this week. I'll be back for the 14th!

Changing the day isn't going to up the involvement on PS3, I don't think at least

I'm down for BF3/RDR always... maybe MK: KoTH action?

sidenote: ModNation Racer wouldn't be a bad idea, I haven't played it wouldn't mind checking it out
