I guess Max Payne 3 is the most recent example. I know the first week or so, when people were actually playing the game online, I was constantly switching from my campaign to the multiplayer when people were messaging me. If I had been on 360 I'd constantly be swapping discs. It's just an inconvenience but still one all the same. When I have the option to NOT have that inconvenience, chances are I'm going to take it.

Look at Halo 4. It's multiple discs and I'm not even sure what the second disc is for? Multiplayer? MS couldn't even be bothered with labeling the disc or leaving you even a modicum of instructions on what differentiates the two.

I said last night it's just an install disc. You pop it in and it tells you to hit so and so button to install it. Then you never have to use it again.

Ok. But why don't they tell you that? There is nothing, on the disc, box, anything that tells you what that disc is.

Disc swapping isn't something that really bothers me, but I can see why it annoys some people. Either way, the next Xbox needs to run Blurays.

Do they still makes those? Do they still have the ones that come with a Kinect? That would suck ass to get one of those, for say Xmas, and a copy of this game and then find out you can't play multiplayer.

I'm not trolling, I seriously think it's concerning than an adult in today's world has spent the hours he has arguing about the merits of disc swapping on next gen consoles.

Installed Disc 2 of Halo 4 last night and it definitely did not take up 8GB of hard drive space. I think it was around 5GB.
