I don't believe it. What I think is that it's the PS3 version but rendered on a PC.

I'll have to watch it again. Maybe it doesn't look as good as I think it did.

Or since we are not seeing it on a tv, it looks better. I don't know.

Not even close to the same thing at all, but nice try. I don't think anyone can argue that the features I mentioned form the previous games were some of the most hated implementations in the series. If this is titally optional, then great. You were forced to do the exercising and dates from the other games which is what made them so unfun and such a chore.

It's just something that stood out to me in that trailer. Like I said, the rest of the trailer looked awesome. Fucking forbid I have an opinion on something that isn't slobbing on this games' knob like you. I guess now that shitty hockey is over and a Candian team fails to get shit done yet again in a sport they invented, you're going to be extra snippy now?

I wonder how they are going to handle swapping bodies (characters) and if there are going to be any rules when you can do it. I could go crazy with one character and switch bodies before getting arrested/killed, just to avoid the ramifications of my actions.

I would guess, and based on that video, that it will be similar to Driver: SF. You just press a button and the camera zoom far out from the map. Then you just snap to the character you want to control.

Personally, I think it looks fantastic (real estate and stock market). Could be a lot of fun to try and take some chances with your money early in the game. Say you are really wanting a badass car or some guns or whatnot, but you can't afford it yet. So you take a chance by buying a really cheap business or some stock in a company to try and earn a little cash faster than you normally could. I think the risk/reward of that would be a lot of fun to play around with. That's just me, but I'm very interested in it.

yes but if we can transfer bodies whenever, we can go on a killing spree and just transfer to another character.....will the game still have the character you left, running/shooting for his life or will it be like nothing happened. If the latter, the player doesn't have to face consequences anymore like in the past. It will be like almost hitting every car and speeding till we outrun the law and go back to the exact same spot like nothing happened.

edit: D:SF is one of the games in my HUGE backlog I own.

My guess is you would not be able to jump to another character if you had a wanted level.

EDIT: And in the video when they are talking about character switching, they say something along the lines of "you can check in on your friends and see what they've been up to." Which sounds like the computer takes them over after you switch.

Just watch a video of Driver SF then and you'll see what I'm tslking about. If you switch the CPU will take over as the previous character.
