In regards to 360. Not sure if PS3 has the same issues. However, numerous people are claiming this is why Rockstar was showing off the PS3 version.

The Latin Times managed to get their hands on some new footage of GTA V (so Rockstar, you know who to sic your lawyers on with this one) and it showcases more than 22 minutes of in-game action. Gamers get to see the beginning parts of GTA V and how it all unfolds leading up to the main story arc, as well as how well the Xbox 360 runs the game and some of it isn't pretty.

As evidenced throughout the video, especially starting at the 12:49 mark, we can easily see the Xbox 360 absolutely struggling to keep up at times. The opening intro movie shows blotchy loading of the shadow resolution, as well as shadow and texture pop-in happening in horrendously obvious ways all throughout the video. That's not to mention that the LOD streaming almost seems to be a skip behind the beat at times, where the game is moving faster than what the hardware can keep up with.

I go to the COD one every year. I would meet up with my (now former) boss, we'd get in the pre-order line early and then go to Fridays, eat and drink and watch MNF. This time around, I am closing at our mall store, and will get the game once I trade them sandwiches and coupons.

EDIT: and as for food, I'm taking some leftover chicken with me. There may or may not be an extra tray added to our catering list in the evening.

Going to the midnight launch, but this game seriously could not come out at a worse time for me.

Lab report + homework due in every class + three straight days of career fair shenanigans + tons of fraternity bullshit + home football game Saturday = zero time to play this game. I'm seriously going to come home from the midnight launch, install the game, maybe kill 1 hooker and then go to sleep. Probably won't really be able to play the game until next week.

Sony is not letting the US pre-load the game because of their fuck up in Europe. Instead of playing at mid-night i wont be able to play until Tuesday morning. It's my GTA and I want it now!

Chop the Dog
Depth of content, high production values, defecation. It’s the app that has it all. Because who doesn’t love tending to a virtual pet? Chop is Franklin’s canine sidekick in Grand Theft Auto V. Look after him well in the “Chop the Dog” app and you will reap the benefits when playing as Franklin in Grand Theft Auto V. Pet him, feed and water him, play fetch and tug-of-war, teach him tricks. Too much or too little of an activity, however, will cause Chop to become unhappy, and nobody likes an unhappy Rottweiler. Take Chop on walks to give him a chance to work off last night’s steak and Piswasser and to mark his turf in the hood - defending his ladies, fending off gang members and even protecting the beach babes of Los Santos from unsightly tan lines by removing their bikinis.

Looking after Chop successfully is reflected in his behavior in Grand Theft Auto V in a number of ways:

•He will be more helpful and responsive to Franklin

•He will perform tricks such as sitting, begging and giving paw if properly trained through the app

•He will sniff out the nearest hidden items when the player takes him for a walk
