Just in case. Funny scene when I switched to Trevor.

 

I switched to Trevor who was in the middle of a pursuit. Crazy ass intentionally hits a cop car while yelling "self defense, you hear me"?! Followed by "it's his word against mine"! Started off with 2 stars, 4 cop cars and a bird.

Since I've started the new job and GTA Online launched? I haven't finished the story. I'm still grinding out a mission or two from time to time but, a majority of my time spent on the game (very little) is online with the foot clan. I wish I could invest more time into that and rank up quicker but, it is what is it.

New GTA Online Title Update

The latest automatic title update for GTA Online is now available for both PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. As promised, this update addresses the remaining issues where some people's vehicles or vehicle modifications were disappearing due to a cloud save failure - as well as all the other fixes mentioned below:


Fixes numerous issues that were causing vehicle loss and/or loss of vehicle mods
Fixes an issue where the incorrect car is replaced when choosing to replace a car in a full garage
Fixes an exploit allowing players to sell the same vehicle multiple times
Fixes an issue that caused personal vehicles to be duplicated
Fixes an issue where some players were unable to pay utility bills on an owned apartment or house
Fixes an issue where players were not getting Crew invites in-game
Fixes an issue where the starting point for the tutorial race was not appearing
Fixes issues with joining Jobs from within a player-owned garage
Fixes issues with players getting stuck while using playlists
Fixes additional issues causing black screens, long load times, and players getting stuck in the sky cam
Adds details in the UI to clarify that characters created while Rockstar cloud is unavailable are temporary (non-saved)
Adds changes to the character creator to make better-looking default characters with the “random” option
Players now only lose a maximum of 500 GTA$ upon death in Freemode

ROCKSTAR SUPPORT ANSWER

For those of you inquiring about mission payouts, there was a change that reduces payouts by 50% after a repeat of the mission. So, basically, the first time you play and beat the mission, you will get the full amount. Subsequent replays will see a payout amount reduced by half.
This is to help prepare for upcoming missions and content in the Beach Bum Pack as well as heists to help keep the game balanced as well as encourage the exploration of new missions and content in the game.

We understand players do like to enjoy a mission multiple times, so rather than remove the possibility of doing so, we've allowed replays of these missions at a reduced payout. Many players can get very good at a mission and beat it much faster in consecutive tries, so we've adjusted these payouts to match that case.
This also ties in to our ongoing discussion of replay availability for NPC missions, in which we are taking community feedback as well.
I apologize that there was not full clarity on this in the patch notes; however, hopefully this note will clear things up. If there are any additional questions on this, please do not hesitate to ask.

at 50% i decided to start over. i was not able to follow the story with my limited game time and having to follow the stories of 3 guys...not to mention getting side tracked by all the misc activities in the game. Now that i know what I am doing and and just focus on playing instead of trying to read the fine print the game displays all the time, i think i will enjoy it more. plus i want to invest in the market more to earn big bucks to buy some shit. in 50% completion i owned 1 bar up in the NW area.

Lies. I bought the runway up in the desert and those missions that it gives were fun as hell (plus giving you a good amount of money early on in the game).

So at 89.5% this game is becoming a mud crawl. Alot of the strangers and freaks missions are a pain and they are hard to find. The street racing missions are only available at certain times and only can be raced with Franklin.

The cult missions...wear the robes for 10 days...ugh. and others I cant find ways to open them up or cant remember what to do. I hate having to go to the interwebz to find out what I need to do.

Oh yeah I did the last fucking Triathlon mission...fucking 30 minutes later...at least I won.

When you finish the last mission you can play forever after if you please. Each of my characters have over 27M and I didn't even invest much. Buying properties will open up some side stuff and open up property missions. The Property missions basically are just busy quests.

I bought some cars and modified them. Franklin's Charger and Trevor's truck are fucking fast tanks. I bought and upgraded all of Trevors guns.

For example you will get a text saying your bar is getting robbed, or can to pick up so an so in order to serve alcohol. Blah, blah, blah.

If you buy one of the piers u can use the submarine to search for shit in the ocean which is painfully time consuming. Search for all that shit is too time consuming. Even though on the social club website they show u where everything is.

The funny thing is I cant find a prostitute to pick up! :yao:

Oh yeah make sure you buy the Hangar...I didnt even remember buying it but it opens up some drug deliver missions. The driving ones are cool. The flying ones are more annoying cause that fucking play can be a pain to maneuver sometimes.

This was the first GTA game I've ever beaten without taking time off to fuck around and go crazy. That's saying something about this. I loved it.
