Group of NFL players considering coming out?

I'm kind of interested in finding out who the players are only because I've never seen or met a gay guy with an aggressive nature or even an athlete, I think.

I mean, I'm sure they are out there, but most gay guys I've seen or met are very flamboyant, soft, and feminine. They are afraid of violence and physical contact (sports).

I'll be pretty disappointed if it's like 2 kickers, a punter, and Antonio Cromartie.

I'm the total opposite. It's really odd to me.
 
I have a friend who's a boxer (pretty good from what he says) that came out pretty recently. I had no idea he was gay either, he was always bragging about how many girls he'd slept with.

Played against a gay rugby team. Apparently there are quite a few of them. I've also had 2 former players come out as gay a couple years after high school, one was one of the best lineman in the schools history.
 
My only issue with this is if the gay guys start taking offense to locker room talk and make a big deal about discriminatory comments in the locker room.

Everybody that has ever played football knows that its no holds barred in the locker room. Racist, sexist, and homophobic insults are the norm and not to be taken seriously.

I'd never have a problem with a gay teammate unless he started to complain about people using occasionally using the word "fag" and what not in a locker room because it would disrupt the atmosphere and environment. If everyone starts tip toeing around the locker room and watching their p's and q's then I think there is a possibility that it could mess with team chemistry.

Maybe not, I don't know, but I think it could change the dynamics of the locker room. Anyone agree or disagree?

I think you're confusing gay guys with flamboyantly gay guys. Most gay guys I know are just regular guys who don't give a shit about that shit. But then again, I don't know that many.
