That's what I'm thinking. Unless Tebow has done something personally to Henne that we don't know about, the quote almost to be out of context to the entire response to the question. I think it all depends on who gets Tebow and how he can develop and fit in with their system. I don't think he'll be a dominant QB, but he'll be decent at most.

Henne isn't garbage, he probably wont ever be a pro bowler but he will be a slightly above average starter for 4-5 years. He's got a big arm and solid fundamentals, once Miami upgrades over Bess and Hartline we will see an increase in production from Henne. Pennington thrived in Miami because the coaching staff basically let him take over the offense. He just dumped it to Ricky, Ronnie, Bess and Camarillo. Henne looks to go down the field more, he needs WR's who can make plays and stretch the field.

I'm fairly sure I didn't say that. I was explaining why Pennington thrived in a system that was perfect for him. Henne played well for a rookie last year basically throwing to three slot WR's. He can dump down. But that's not his strength.
