I have watched three episodes so far, haven't rushed it. Frankly, it hasn't been that gripping to me so far. Good, yes ... but not stellar. Frankly, I find it may be too true to the real world ... which is kinda depressing. This series hasn't really sucked me in yet, yes Kevin Spacey is brilliant ... but the series itself, not so much. Good? Yes. Great? So far, no, but it's only 3 episodes for me. A truly great show I would have watched all of them by now with ease ... but this show doesn't drag me in that greatly. Hell, I started watching Californication 2 weeks ago on Netflix Canada and have caught up to season 6 already. A great, great show.
I'll continue to watch House of Cards, because it's good TV, but I don't see it as great TV yet.

the only episode I didn't like was 8 and that was because they tried to make one of the characters something he wasn't (if nothing but to throw the viewer off balance somewhat) and it was not needed in the storyline and felt like that particular director just wanted to add it in for fucks sake.

Its a good show.
Was slow to warm up on it though. Needed to stick through it, because the end game didn't reveal itself until late into the season. It set up great for Season 2.
I noticed Spacey's southern accent fade by the middle of the season though lol.
Lots of layers to this show, actually...which made for better TV.
One major critique...
Needed more, LOTS MOAR titties. Severely lacked.
By my count...saw partial titties on Russo's girl...saw Kate Mara's ass...saw a strippers titties. Am I missing any?
Best episodes were the first few...the ones Directed by Fincher (I believe the first two?)...then the rest of the season just cruised, but it was clearly not made as well.

I was always interested once I saw it was out but failed to watch it. Gotta tip from my boy that it was very good.
Started it last Sunday. Did at least 2 episodes a night ans finished it.
Im ecstatic they put them all out at once. Shit was great watching a full new show at my pace with no waiting. Cant wait for the next season as shits gettin a bit steamy.
Really really loved it. Find this show wonderful. One or two cheesy parts here and there. But b nothing to detract from this show. My boi Doug too.
