How good are the Green Bay Packers?

I think it's time to start this discussion.

Obviously, there is still a ton of football to be played but this Packers team is good. Really good.

Aaron Rodgers is unstoppable. Is it to safe to say that he may be having one of the best seasons of all time?

72% completion, 316 yards per game, 33 TD, 4 INT, 127 QBR.

Right now, the only teams I see beating the Packers are the Steelers or the Ravens....Or the Broncos...and that won't happen until the Super Bowl.

I think I've seriously been watching football for about 15 years. I can vividly remember watching the 49ers win the Super Bowl in 1994, when I was 9.

I haven't seen a team this good in a long time. There's been a handful of great teams over the last decade, no doubt, but there is something different about this Packers team. Obviously, Rodgers elevates them to another level but the entire team plays good football.

They should be on national television every week because they are making the rest of the NFL look like shit. They are toying with the rest of the NFL. Rodgers does whatever he wants and out there and nobody can stop him. He's like Clint Eastwood.

Is this Packers team one of the best teams you've seen in recent memory, if so, who was better?

The old Rams, 49ers, Broncos, Packers, and Cowboys teams played the best football I can remember watching and this Packers team has that same type of swagger.

They already won the Super Bowl last year, if they go undefeated and win it again this year then they are undoubtedly one of the greatest teams of all time, right?

I am rooting for them. My team isn't winning a Super Bowl and doesn't deserve to. The Packers do things the right way and I like that about them so I hope they win it all.

Depending on which Lions team shows up, we've got the best chance of beating them even though it is in Lambeau. They are really good and the Saints are probably the only NFC team that could beat them.

I have..... The only teams you listed that could beat them were AFC teams. As if the Saints or 49ers have no chance in the NFC side of the playoffs. 4 of their wins have been by a score or less. Caroline, Tampa Bay, and Minnesota gave them a run for their money, and they suck.

Are they the best in the league? Sure. Is Rodgers having one of the best seasons ever? Sure. But you can't act like they've been stream rolling past everyone and have no chance of losing in the playoffs.

They didn't win the Superbowl, but neither have the Packers, so I'm shocked as to how you can't say the 2007 Patriots were not better than these current Packers. I forgot 11-0 was better than a much dominating 16-0.

New England was +315 for the regular season, Packers are currently on pace for +225.

The Patriots had a better defense than the Packers do (or at least a better scheme, as I don't get how the talent on GB isn't succeeding) and we all know how tough it is for a passing team to run the gauntlet in the playoffs.

We'll see, though.

This is exactly what I wanted.

The Super Bowl is obviously the only thing that is going to cement the Packers legacy in history.

Of course anything can happen, this is football, we've all seen it and experienced it.

All I'm saying is this team has a chance to become one of the greatest teams ever.

That Patriots team was unstoppable. The Patriots should have been fined for cheating as soon as they signed Moss. How did the rest of the NFL let that even happen?

going to have to go ahead and acknowledge it - anything less than a perfect season would be a massive disappointment. every game left this season is going to matter more to me than most of my family does.
