How Much Music Do you Have?

I don't know how some of you don't go out and just pick up an external drive. A 1TB drive will only cost you $100 or less.

I'm probably sitting around 100gigs at this point but that is years worth of downloading, ripping cds I've bought ect. I also went on the kick a few years ago to replace all my napster 128k like mp3's with new 320kb rips.
 
2421 songs in my iTunes which is 5.7 days and 13.13 GB. But I have like 9,000 cds in my basement that I haven't put in yet, and never plan on putting in.

yeah after my laptop died i was kicking myself for not doing it....that's what i plan on using my tag return on.

I've been needing to do this for a year, but I keep putting other big purchases in front of it priority wise.
 
On my laptop right now I have about 19K songs.. 58 day's worth.

I keep a lot on my portable hard drive that I don't keep on the laptop (music I might need for a random party here or there.. like kids music, a ton of country music, etc).. which probably add's up to another couple thousand tracks.
 
P.S. If you can't touch and/or take a photograph of your collection then you actually own no music...

Lost about 2k songs from my laptop transfer last year but i wouldn't really listen to that stuff now anyway.
 
Just passed the 300GB mark. 42,000+ songs. About 123 days. Most of the music is from years and years ago that I haven't touched since the early days of high school. The music I actually listen to on a daily basis is about 6GB, 800 songs.
 
6616 songs, 18.9 days, 27.37 GB.

And let me mention how much I still despise Apple and their shitty products. I have nothing but problems with this iPod Touch. It's laggy as fuck now. Every time I try to download the latest update it says my device can't be found even though iTunes clearly recognizes it being plugged in. At least iTunes doesn't constantly freeze up on me like it use to. That only took about five software updates.

I swear I will never know why people slob on Apple's dick like they do.

As have I. I store my music on an external hard drive. I've had two of them bricked in the last two years because someone was messing around near my laptop and knocked the hard drive down. Luckily, I share my stuff with my brother. So all I have to do is get my hands on his hard drive to recover my files. I've since learned to back my shit up.
