It doesn't but if you turn the ball over more times then you take it away, chances are your team isn't going to be all that great. Obviously there are some exceptions but for the most part turn over differential is huge.
Yea I know what you are saying and I agree. Dallas just doesn't force turnovers. Although (even though this will be looked at as an excuse by CaribbeanJoeshmoe) most of Dallas' turnovers are just bad bounces. I know they still count as turnovers but if the bounces went Dallas' way this team could easily be 4-1 or 5-0. I think there have been only 2 or 3 turnovers all year that weren't due to a pass being tipped and dropped by a WR or a ball that hit a defensive linemen in the back of the head because our LG didn't get out of his stance in time.
