Fuck the conferences. Fuck cheating programs. Fuck the BCS. Fuck the NCAA. I'm almost done following college sports completely. This is just utter bullshit.
From what I understand, student-athletes...STUDENT-athletes...can play the sport they love while receiving an education, all while traveling around and playing the other programs that are in close proximity. Instead, athletes say fuck education and don't do squat in the classroom, programs overlook this and throw them in shitty classes just for athletes because half the programs cheated to have the player commit, and the school decides, hey, let's play in that conference across the country so we can make more money.
This isn't about the athletes anymore. This is about you. I love the tradition, the atmosphere, the kids who play all-out, all the time, because they love playing sports. None of this money-grabbing, inflated-ego BULLSHIT.
Players: take your education seriously. Almost all of you will end up not making a living playing your sport, and even if you do, half of you will be done within a few years. What happens when you've only made 2 million dollars and you're 24? You're FUCKED. Go take your fucking classes seriously, so when your lazy ass is out of work, you have a degree to fall on.
Coaches: make your kids go to class and stop this under-the-table cheating. Think of them before your goddamn self. What's worse: losing because you lost your star player due to academic ineligibility, or being caught up in a cheating scandal later in your career? And stop fucking paying--sorry, "encouraging"--kids to go to your school. It's just fucking gross. If you have to pay a kid to make him want to play for yous, chances are he won't have any fun ince he doesn't really want to be there.
Athletic Directors: Quit the conference-moving crap. San Diego State in the FUCKING BIG EAST? THE BIG EAST? WHY? Someone will have to fly across the entire goddamn country every single week. That's not what college sports is about. And their ass will get whooped every single week anyway. Quit. And also, quit covering up cheating scandals, or worse, fucking RAPISTS. Kids lives were flipped inside out, and you didn't do SHIT BECAUSE YOU WERE WORRIED ABOUT THE INTEGRITY OF YOUR PROGRAM. I'm almost as offended by that as I am by Sandusky's acts. And I notice you, UNC, UCF, etc. Stop cheating. Period. Cheaters never win, faggots.
I understand that everything in college sports these days is about money. That being said, I encourage every college in the United States to take a step back and think about someone else for a change.
