Lions coach Jim Schwartz announced at Monday's presser that Titus Young has been suspended for Week 12.

Young was sent home from the Lions' team facility Monday after causing a scene on the sideline in Sunday's loss. Schwartz said Young's behavior has been affecting the team, and that his status will be re-evaluated next week. "It’s your job to make the team happy, it’s not the team’s job to make you happy," Schwartz said. Per beat writer Chris McCosky, Young is being disciplined for "whining, pouting, sulking" about not getting more passes thrown his way. It's a disappointing, if predictable, turn of events for the second-year receiver, who has been dogged by questions about his character going back to Boise State. His ban should mean a big increase in snaps for rookie Ryan Broyles against the Texans, and has Broyles on the radar as a WR3 for Week 12. Unless you really need the roster spot, Young owners should sit tight for the time being.

I have never been a big fan. I'm happy he helped get us to 10-6 and the playoffs last year, but his lack of discipline has shown a bunch of times during his time here.

we dont know what went down with linehan and jefferson, but based on assumptions i wouldnt consider it an agrument more like jefferson telling linehan that he cant deal with titus anymore. Titus changed up his position on the cherilus false start. he was supposed to be outside and scheffler was supposed to be in the slot. this was shortly before the exchange.

Making pinpoint throws and just playing really well. This year he looks almost gun shy and even apathetic during games. Throwing off his back foot, sailing his passes, big regression from him.

No idea. The only thing I can think is that since his career began, he's been fighting to stay healthy. This is the only offseason that he really didn't have to fight to get back on the field. He looks like a different player and hasn't been throwing accurate passes all season. I was at that Niners Lions game when he threw it directly to DaShon Goldson. No idea wtf is going on.
