I think as far as creating for others, it's close to equal, but CP3 gets the nod for doing it with lesser talent around him. I've seen them both make ridiculous plays, and I know they are both capable of it.

But yes, overall, Chris Paul is definitely in a different league, only occupied by himself and Deron Williams. Rondo would find himself in the next tier I think.

Rondo will be in that group soon imo if he works on his shot a little

And Paul is not a GREAT defender when it comes to on ball D . He just gets alot of steals which makes people overlook the rest when deciding the all-defense

That is actually the complete opposite of the truth. Stats, especially in basketball, can be misleading. LOL at you saying this statement at all in a debate about basketball, the sport where statistical analysis means the least.

I love my Hornets but I am not seeing them being successful again until Byron Scott is out.......
 
However, I will say after watching Rondo for five games this year and the playoffs last year, that he is now a top three NBA point guard. There is not one point guard who is more dedicated to doing his actual job, distributing the ball, than Rondo is.

He has given up countless fast break points for his teammates, as well as making remarkable passes to set up teammates for buckets. Add in his rebounding/hustle/and ability to score off the drive now and he is looking ridiculously good.

He's the biggest reason this year that the Celtics are bitch smacking people.
 
This whole thing seems like a joke to me. Rondo has a huge head playing with HOF players and CP3 needs to just laugh this one off. He should know that he is better than Rondo.

He isn't better than Nash, Deron or Paul. I hate Nash too but I'd say he's far more dedicated to distributing the ball, he's out there dropping 20 assist games.

wow some of you guys get all carried away with the hot thing. CP is so much better then rondo. Rondo is good but to say they are comparable or Rondo is close to him is ludicrous. This is like saying odom is better then Al Jefferson or some sht.
