Madden 09 or NFL 2K5

Everyone who says 2k5 just hasn't spent the time to find the flaws in that game like you have in Madden 09. This isn't even a race.. Madden 09 kills NFL 2k5. Yes, that game was ahead of its time, but Madden 09 is still lightyears ahead of 2k5. There's a reason it couldn't out-sell Madden 05 when it was $30 cheaper.
 
2k5 by far is better than madden 09. gameplay was smooth, the presentation was one of the bests in any sports game, and it was 30 dollars cheaper. This shouldnt even be a question.

How is this even happening? Seriously guys?

Tapping the button to sprint was annoying as fuck, if you "charged up" you could break every tackle, the players grunted like they were dying every play, the presentation was identical every game and I skipped it after I saw it the first few times, the Crib was insanely dumb (play a game against Carmen Electra? Really?), first-person football is as much of a joke as Superstar mode is in Madden, and LAST BUT NOT LEAST... ESPN 2k5 isn't even the best of the series (2k2 was).

I'd go on, but I feel like I'm having a "who's the best rapper ever" conversation with a bunch of Lil Wayne fans.
 
In madden 09 players morph with each other, franchise is boring, there are no physics in madden 09, The ratings mean nothing in madden 09.


There is so much more reasons why ESPN NFL 2k5 is better.
 
2k1, 2k2, 2k3 were the best football games I have ever played. Playing online at Dricas World was unbelievably fun. I wish Madden had a competitive online ladder. Gamebattles is ok but not a huge population.

actually on the hardest difficulty it was quite hard to break a tackle without a star runningback

the passing was awesome the defensive animations were good however player movement was a little garbo

2k5 had the best passing and still does, also best commentary, franchise and draft were fun

I vote Madden 09, I love this game, I don't see what there is not to like, EA is patching glitches, and the updates are great. Online is really good, I just don't see what is wrong with the game.

they have it , i was showing how to download it . Im sure theres some1 on here using updated rosters for it too and hes using it , it IS possible . Check the chises
