I'd have to agree. I just finished listening to the Uncle Gamer podcast last night and they were discussing the comparisons between 2K5 and Madden 10. While they said they like this years Madden, compared to the last several dreadful years (09 was decent), they said Madden can't compare to 2K5. Madden is a lot prettier but once the game starts the game play in 2K5, or All Pro, blow Madden out of the water. The animations alone destroy Madden.

It's sad that a five year old game on last gen consoles is better than Madden 10. Hell, I'm going to go try to scrounge up a copy of 2K5. It's only .99 cents. I still have All Pro and I'll never trade it in.

05 isn't even better than 06, or 07, or 09(PS2 versions of course). Each year Madden got better. But none of them were as good as 2K5.

NONE have been as good on the field as APF 2K8.

First of all, I was quoting a podcast. Secondly I liked Madden 09 and I like this years.

But it's a fact that the animations and presentation from a 5 year old and 2 year old game are still better.

2k's is better always has been, but to defend madden, the dude used the SB halftime show, not a regular season game like he did in madden. Why dont people who want to make a point for 2k compare likeness in the vids? seriously. He should have used the exact same teams atleast just week one in each season.
and 2k still would have won but you have to make the vid fare.

WTF are you looking at?? the animations are not smooth in 2k5. the choppy and the player models and like boxes.
2k was an ok game. it doesnt compare to madden 10.

you claim broken physics yet have nothing to back it. i dont know what game your playing but its not madden 10

madden 10 is horribly flawed. Its worse then ncaa flaws. The run game and pass blocking is just horrendous. One could go on all day about its issues, but there is a WTF thread for that.

While I would agree that this years gameplay in Madden is finally better this thread is about presentation. Madden has made improvements but it is still ages behind the 2K series.
