What do they mean by "mission"? Single player content or Spec Ops?

I think it is Spec Ops. Pretty sure all their DLC is MP.

Played a couple hours last night.....after the first couple regular mode games, I got tired of it and ran in to the HC lobbies.

IT WAS AWESOME! Reminded me why I got hooked on the series few years ago. HC is where it's at, I am planning on being online more, so I will be hitting up HC on the regular.

Went 50% last night.....ran into a couple guys who were just rolling us 3 games in a row. Never been more frustrated playing HC. That's alright.....good times again though. Madbill played a little bit too.

Since my modem can't handle XBOX Live I finally got around to playing the campaign. It was alright, but that ending was crazy.

I'm actually enjoying the new maps (Sanctuary and Foundation). They are large, but they also create a lot of close quarter fire fights and sniper opportunities.

Finally got around to playing this the past week since owning it since DEC.

This......campaign mode......story.........was awful!! The ending was a stupid, Michael Bay-ish, hardly any personal involvement to accomplish, TURD. I don't want the end of my game to be me blasting through a ridiculous herd of guys for 5 minutes, then a bunch of cinematics where I have to do some button sequence pushes that pop on my screen. Not to mention, I didn't like the constant jumping around to fifty characters and I just find the whole story to be a bit idiotic. There is absolutely no way one pissed off ex-pat/militia/terrorist guy, who isn't even the leader/dictator of a country, is going to cause WW3, let alone it be as destructive on so many fronts around the world. Errrr, it takes the Pres./prime minister/dictator of a country to enact their military, particularly on such a level they have in this game.

I like the COD series and the story so far, Black Ops too. I don't get into Campaign vs. multi arguments because I don't give a shit. I take them for what they are. Perhaps I missed something, but this storyline was simply awful for a game series that has been pretty well done.

No. The first one you assault the missile silo base, assault the silo, then chase down in a Jeep until the bridge is half blown, you battle a bit on the bridge then have to make 3 shots on Zhakaev and his boys while dazed. Second you assault their base in the mountains, battle through caves, chase in a boat, then throw a knife. This one you get out of a vehicle, walk down a short street, go in a busted elevator, go through one short floor of a hotel and jump on a helicopter. I won't even get into the part where once you thwart Makarov's attack on the helo you see Price grab the knife and stab him in the throat.....but then when the helo crashes Makarov is alive and walking at you with no wound or knife in his throat. A knife to the throat like that would be fatal in less than a minute.

Ehhh, I know, it's a video game, but I feel the need to vent at their shitty ending.

Exactly how do killstreaks recycle in this game? If I get a predator missile or a helicopter and die before I can use it. When I respawn and get kills with it, does it count towards my new streak?

No. Once you die everything starts over and any kills you get from a killstreak earned previously don't count towards your new streak.

I'm cool with that, but whats gay is that you can't hold more than one care package at a time. If I die I almost have to immediately throw down the one I have, because if I get another killstreak going I wont get another care package.
