I was watching this season of the Big C and a few of the episodes are really emotional and the season finale did it for me, it was sooo sad. What shows make you guys tear up, don't be a pussy the shit happens to everyone.
 
When Forrest Gump finally hooked up with Jenny at the end of the movie and she died of AIDS.
I cried and said "Fuck man, that shit's gonna happen to me too. Stupid Forrest Gump."
 
Friday Night Lights - Saracen/Coach Taylor's non gay moment in the bathroom
Armageddon - When Bruce Willis dies instead of Ben Affleck
Dead Poets Society - When Ethan Hawke steps on his desk and yells, "O Captain My Captain"
 
Too many movies, but I'm a huge pussy when it comes to getting bromotional. "Up" had me in tears in the first five minutes when I saw it in theaters. God damn that opening sequince is sad.

As for TV shows, Friday Night Lights has never made me crym but I get choked up routinely. It gets a little dusty for me all the time when watching that show. (Any time Coach Taylor gives a speech, when Riggins went to jail, Saracen in the shower, Saracen's dad, etc.)

The Wire has gotten me choked up, or just ruined my day on multiple occasions. Usually when major characters died, or with what happens with the kids in season 4.

The finale of season 5 of the Shield....won't spoil it for anyone who hasn't watched the series (GO BUY/DOWNLOAD IT RIGHT NOW!)....realizing what Shane was going to do and then when he did it....got me choked up.
 
Never cried over a movie or tv show. I've gotten a little sad sure but I'm usually fine about 15-30 minutes after its over. I really can't even think of any sad moments on stuff I've watched recently.

I guess the most shocked I've been by a TV show was the end of season 3 of Lost when its revealed it was a flash forward. I just got chills thinking about it. That was probably the biggest WTF moment of all time.

Just remembered, when I watched the season (what was it?) 2 or 3 finale where Charlie died....had me like...damn, poor guy.
