"The last thing that we've done that I'll speak to is what's called the 'adidas Live Run.' We've taken what we had last year, which was the ability to play five-on-five with ten different consoles and compete in an online setting, and we've changed it. We've changed what we did last year because we saw that people were basically playing with four teams. What we've done is we've tried to make it more like a pick-up setting. What you do in real life is you show up at a gym, you find some guys to play with, you play to 21 or 11, and you compete that way. That's what we're capturing with the 'adidas Live Run.' You show up in a very cool exclusive gym, you play with nine other people, and you're able to pick your favorite player and you run with your team. No offense to Kendrick Perkins, but in last year's game, if you were the fifth person to show up for your team and you were the Celtics, someone had already picked Kevin Garnett, Ray Allen, Paul Pierce and Rajon Rondo . . .you had no choice but to be Perkins for 45 minutes. Now I can pick my favorite player, choose which shoes I want him to wear, and then run a game of 21, just like you would do in real life, and you don't have to pick a player at a certain position. If you want to run five guards, you can run five guards."
