This guy is fucking awesome. Not just for this, but his defense as well. He's not just a shotblocker who goes out of position to pad his stats like Ibaka; he's an incredible post defender. He has the potential to really blossom into an all-time great anchor

Great article about Sanders ability. A bunch of research was done around the Sloan Sports Conference as well and yeah, he's like without a doubt, far and away the best post defender in the NBA.

Because he's an elite defender with a solid, improving (yet inconsistent) offensive game, has shown to be capable of leading a team, and is an elite rebounder at his position.

Meh I saw a guy who is a average defender and trusts his shot more than he should. A guy of his size should be in the post.
You need to watch a little more clearly. PG24 is one of the biggest rising stars in this game.

I agree, but he had a very late growth spurt so his game hasn't really caught up to his height. The improvement he has shown over his career is incredible. He's one of those players who improves every part of his game every season, like a LeBron (definitely not saying he's as good as him lol).
