Free throws for one. I can shoot free throws with my left hand. I understand the NBA has skill specific players, but good god that's ridiculous.
Durant is an exception. He's going to be an elite NBA player someday.
I had a roomate who lived with a Big 10 AA big man, who got his shot to go to the NBA via summer league. He went up against Vlade who was like 40 at the time and incredibly out of shape. Vlade schooled him. His experience was, the NBA, skillwise, is so far removed from college, and I agree with him. He opinionated it's the hardest pro sport to play/adjust too because the skill is ridiculous. But it's created a watered down product because of the level of play from your all stars, and bench players.
The NBA is a victim of it's own offering. The skill is ridiculously high, and there's a major gap of ability from the high profile players to the low ones. Somebody stated they could go to any NBA game and be entertained. Right. Try being a Minnesota Timberwolve fan.
Of the 4 major professional sports in america, the NBA has the least amount of parity in it, and it creates an overall blah product.
Just my own opinion.
This AA Big Man have a name?
