Sure, Arizona State was 5-1, but the Sun Devils played a laughably non-competitive slate of opponents in their first 6 games. They managed to somehow play the worst team from three different BCS conferences (Utah/Colorado, Mizzou, Illinois) and they even lost to one of them. All they were missing was Virginia for the Denny's Grand Slam.

Arizona State is awful. Oregon is good. Close game was not in the cards.

Maybe. They have UCLA, @Oregon State, @USC, Washington St. and Arizona. It will come down to what they do vs. UCLA and Arizona, but I could see them losing every one of those games but Wazzu.

On the road at OSU and USC are 95% chance of loss. But I don't think ASU is too concerned with playing the coaching geniuses of Jim Moron Jr., Dick Rod, and Mike Leach.

Kind of surprised at how much Ohio State struggled with THE PURDUE ... They must not have enough diligent scout teamers going all out in practice giving the starters good looks.

For whatever reason, Purdue always gives us fits. Their defensive line really controlled the game, first time I've seen this offensive line get pushed around like that this year. Also didn't help that the WR's dropped a ton of passes and while he was in Braxton really struggled.
 
Indiana football is the most heart-wrenching sport in America. Four losses this season by under four points...just blew a lead to Navy...we'll never win :(
