I'm not a Apple fanboy, but I bought my first iPhone back in November, really good phone, but not great, I personally dont like Macs, and Safari is just ok

As for exclusives, I only really care for inFamous, I'm a huge superhero nerd

Replace iPhone and DS with anything android related, and you've got my boss down to a "T"

I've been over the Call of Duty thing, and I've said my favorite game was World at War because it was actually challenging. I'm done after a month or so of playing online, and even when I have the game I have others that I still play. Some players on my friends list play CoD exclusively, and I know that they are missing out on some great games. Like my boss above, who has never played any Mass Effect games, or Assassin's Creed, or Crysis or anything else really that is not Call of Duty or Forza.

If you enjoy COD you are either 1. Good at the series online/enjoy the storyline. 2. In military/law enforcement and enjoy guns/military games. or 3. Love shooters and COD fits your style.

Just because I don't play Mass Effect, AC, or Crysis doesn't mean I don't enjoy great single player games, it means I enjoy playing shooters online more. If I ever find myself in a situation where I do not have the internet, aka go on another deployment, i will play those single player games.

I just used those as an example. I know there are other games out there to enjoy that aren't Call of Duty, but you can't deny that there are some people that pour an ungodly amount of time into CoD (and the same can be said of other games too.)

Anyway, I actually might try this game, but the thing that turned me off from Warhawk were two things- the cartoonish details (but I got over that with Crackdown 1 and 2) and the fact that I got a PS3 early and it was in the beginning of the online process. Actually, I think I will definitely give Starhawk a go.

You really have to invest some time into these shooters if you want to be good at them, if you aren't good at one COD you probably won't be good at the next. Same could be said for Halo 1-3 but then they changed it up with Reach and made it a little bit different playstyle.

Like others have said I remember hearing good things about Warhawk, but after watching videos it didn't look like my style of game.

I agree with you on both accounts. I've put in some time in Call of Duty and am pretty good, but that goes without saying for any game really. With CoD you need to spend a lot of time with the different maps exploring them to know what works for you.

Something I also remember is that Warhawk was a launch title I believe (or very close to it) and that contributed to some of the issues it had.

It would be badass if the exclusive game was not Starhawk but in fact something useful to the community. SHooters are a dime a dozen, honestly with Battlefield 3 or Modern Warfare 3 this holiday, there will be room for no other shooter to succeed.

I wouldn't completely consider it a shooter. It is an aerial combat game. It is all about dogfighting. The on ground gameplay is pretty generic. Even has auto aim. once you get your sights on someone and start shooting it will hold onto the target. The real gem is when you hop into a plane and start going at it with boss ass aerial maneuvers.

Yeah, the vehicle combat is the core of the game. The on foot stuff is supposed to just be filler between the vehicle stuff.

PSM3 has seen the PS3 exclusive which is due to be revealed today at GTTV and they claim that it isn’t what people are expecting it to be.

Looking at screens of a new PS3 exclusive game and it’s, er, not what people are expecting. But what we knew was happening.

This means that it might not be Starhawk and something else, although Dylan Jobe’s confirmed that it’s his game that it going to be revealed on the episode.

One thing is for sure, E3 2011 will be hot and Sony seems to have drawn first blood. Given the fact that the PSN saga is still going on, the PS3 will need all what it gets.

Things are turning out to be really interesting and the wait is getting even more difficult.
