[PS3] NFL Sunday Ticket on PS3

I wonder what the maximum buffer size is for the PS3 stream? For example, if I pause live TV for a show that I am not recording on my DVR it will only pause 30 minutes before resuming play. Since the PS3 is not set up to be a DVR it seems like pausing for more than 10-15 minutes might become problematic.

Did a brief test. I was able to record the whole 1st quarter and seems like it has enough to get at least part of the 2nd quarter. dont know if it could go over record a whole game. when I leave the house I can test it out for the 49ers vs Bucs game
 
For those that don't have the NFL Sunday Ticket app on PS3, you can check it out for free this Sunday (11/6). Just saw the message when I booted up my PS3 (it's legit from PSN, not some scam). So for the guys that are still curious how the feeds are (I know half the season is already over but it's better than nothing) you can check it out tomorrow. They also dropped the price to $199.99 for the remainder of the season.

Glad I ordered it cause even if I didn't and wanted to check out the Lions game I wouldn't be able to since their bye week is this week lol.
 
I tried to hop on last week and I have to re up. Didnt do it last week because the Bucs were on a bye. Using PSN cards >> Being auto billed on a CC.

I cancelled my shit about two weeks ago. The streaming was fine, I had no hiccups there, but, no HD??? Once my first month was up, I called and cancelled. They tried to argue with me at first and say I couldn't cancel and all sales were final. I finally got them to relent and give me my 2nd month (which was auto-charged on my card) back and cancel the whole thing.

I don't understand what he means by no HD. The feed streams over the interwebz, so you are not going to have true HD anyway. Is the Aspect ratio HD? Yes. Is the stream smooth? Yes. Is this as close to possible to 1080p? Yes. I had friend over and they were mesmerized at the video quality of the app.

i started the app and you only have the option to buy from ps3 or login with your directv account. i even deleted the app and re downloaded it and still nothing.

i googled and not one mention of a free preview was listed anywhere.

i am beginning to think he is full of shit
