I enjoy trying to guess what announce teams will be sent to which games. I'm facinated by stuff like that.

I feel ya. That's a major reason why I have NFL Sunday Ticket. But if I had to watch the Seahawks, I sure as hell wouldn't do it on a laptop lol. That must be torture.

This is the two week period where FOX has baseball, so Joe Buck is AWOL. The play by play guys all get bumped around, so Thom Brennaman ends up moving up a few slots (he's the FOX #3 pbp man) to work with Troy Aikman on the #1 team (Dallas @ Favre). Brennaman is a million times better than Buck, a real pro who does a fantastic job.

The streams usually aren't that bad. The stream/NFL.com Gamecast/AF.com forum is a good combo.

Every year I debate Sunday Ticket vs. sports bar. Sunday Ticket usually wins, due to the "roll right out of bed and onto the couch" factor, but I do miss the bar atmosphere and go a few times per year regardless.

Every year I debate Sunday Ticket vs. sports bar. Sunday Ticket usually wins, due to the "roll right out of bed and onto the couch" factor, but I do miss the bar atmosphere and go a few times per year regardless.

I like the bar atmosphere, but I always remember the 2004 SB between Philly and New England, travelling to a bar of 1,000 people or so to watch the game with a friend (we were meeting another friend in Toronto).
It was an interesting atmosphere, but it was too much to actually enjoy the game.

This coming from the knucklehead who drove to Philly with two friends in 2002 (or 03) to watch a Monday nighter between the Birds and Giants.
The tailgate began at 9:30 a.m. That's pretty much all I remember.
That and leaving the Vet checking my ticket stub to see if I actually went into the game. LOL.
