Again. If Stallworth does a day in prison it will be longer than what Vick served for "killing some dogs". Vick's animal cruelty charges, for a first time offender, would have amounted to probation and a heftty fine. Vick's time spent in federal prison was nearly 100% related to the federal interstate gambling charge, not the killing of dogs. Your entire premise is off base.

Vick lying about his involvement and testing positive for marijuana during his time under arrest had more to do with his sentence length than killing dogs.

The interstate gambling charges are included when I say "killing some dogs." I guess I should've be more specific so I don't get into semantic debates and nitpicking with you guys. I'm talking about the entire incident. I do not think Stallworth should do less time than Vick, and I hope it doesn't happen.

I just think it's strange that the level of outrage over what Stallworth did is lower in comparison (from what I've seen so far) and that there's the possibility he does less time. If you disagree just move on, no point in debating when we aren't going to change each others opinion.

Wait, so what did Vick go to jail for? As far as I remember Vick pled guilty to opperating a dog fighting ring accross state lines. A dog fighting ring that in fact caused the death of multiple dogs. And I do remember reading Vick himself was involved in killing as many as eight dogs.

I don't know how much it matters but Vick had an ongoing criminal intent that lasted months and months. I'm sure Stallworth didn't plan to hit anybody that morning, and certainly he wasn't drunk driving everyday, unlike Vick who was illegally killing, training, housing, or to some extent content with his illegal opperation day after day. I'd say that makes Vick the dumberest of the two. Not that what Stallworth did wasn't very very dumb. Just my to pennys.

They're saying according to Florida state law that a minimum of 3-5 years must be given to anyone guilty of a DUI accident in which a death occurs. The only way Stallworth can get out of this is if the prosecution is a collection of idiots.
