Now that T.O. is gone, how do you think the Cowboys will look this season?

I honestly think the Cowboys are going to be the worst team in Texas, and the Texans are going to make the playoffs this year.

Roy thinks hes the greatest thing since sliced bread. He gave up last season with the Lions after 3-4 games, then talked himself out of town and went to the Cowboys, got a monster contract extension and gave the Cowboys 200 yards in 10 games. Thats fucking pathetic. It was funny last year at the start of the season when he said he was better then Calvin Johnson.

Did you watch the Cowboy games? "We" never threw to him. TO demanded the ball and Garrett just called plays to throw him the ball so Roy was used in the worst way possible. I know Roy can be a headache as TO was but this offense will find their identity this season without all the bs. 3 great running backs, if Garrett calls a better game this year and isn't as predictable as last year Dallas will be fine.

Romo has Witten to throw to (the #1 wr imo) then Williams. Austin Miles is better than Crayton imo and will be lethal when he lines up in the slot. Crayton runs his mouth but he has great hands, arguably the best on our team. People just remember him running his mouth and missing out in huge opportunities.

Felix's injury was a hamstring like Ray said and then he tore his something in his foot when he slipped on wet grass. He has that explosiveness that sets him apart. Barber was also injured late last year and Choice stepped in HUGE. I don't think we trade him away but anything can happen with JJ at the helm.

I can see the Giants being put ahead of us but how do you put Washington/Philly above us? Philly lost a ton of pieces and Washington only added Haynesworth. We lost Canty but signed Igor. We traded Henry who would have been our 4th cb anyway. We cut TO, who hurt this team more than help and we cut SS Williams and signed S Sensabaugh who doesn't hit as hard as Roy but will be a big upgrade. We also lost Zach Thomas but signed Keith Brooking.

Depends on Tony Romo. If he's serious about becoming a better leader. We all know the guy can put up decent stats, but if you can't lead in clutch situation, you'll be doomed to win 1 playoff game in 7 seasons. And your team will be doomed right along with you.

I'll say 10-6.

Questionable leadership at the head coaching spot will be tough to overcome, as well.

You do know that Romo has 0 playoff wins in 4 seasons as a starter... so for now, Brees has him beat.

I'm not ready to say we automatically get better by getting rid of TO.

We got younger for sure. (No skill guys on O are over 29 now). The one thing about Roy that worries me is that his is not a hard worker like TO was. I worry about him being in shape. He's such a freak of nature, though. People look at all the crazy catches Fitzgerald made this year and they forget this guy used to do that every week on a regular basis.

We need to pump him with that desire to do it again. One would think being the #1 guy back in his home state on a competitive team, with one of the best QBs in the league would motivate him enough.

You could technically consider him a choker (so far), until he wins something significant. But I'm with you that it's only two years of starting and it is way to early to hit any panic buttons.

Hell the only person who got the ball consistently. In the passing game he was really the primary option. T.O only got his numbers when garrett decided to change his piss poor play calling

as far as the questioned is concerned, i think everyone production will go down, mainly witten, because t.os preasence did alot coverage wise for everyone else. Romos reads to everyone else was easier with t.o in the lineup and with him gone, if romo doesnt progress from last season, shit may hit the fan for the offense. but if garrett gets his shit toghether than this team should go to its personel and be a power run team.
