I don't know how some of you guys can do Legendary solo? Don't you get the same achievements when you do it co-op? You guys must be the same ones that torture self with Veteran mode in the CoD games.

Life is too short for those headaches.

But I do respect you guys for being that hardcore.

With that being said, I played through most of the campaign last night on Legendary with three other dudes. We pretty much breezed through until the level where you have to pilot the helicopter things and fly from building to building taking out enemies. It was such bullshit. Banshees everywhere. Enemies on rooftops all with red dot on your noggin precision.

We died a shit load but it's still very doable with four peeps.

You get an achievement for finishing Legendary solo. That wasn't the case in Halo 3, as you could just do it co-op.

Veteran mode in CoD is actually pretty simple. It got even easier with the removal of monster closets.

I agree. The last few times I've turned on my 360 there were only 1 or 2 people playing.

The guys from GamerHusbands.com are pretty active though.

I'm completely addicted to this game. I've never been one to get real into Halo games, but holy shit. I can't stop playing this.

I can see myself putting way too much time than is healthy into Firefight...love that mode.

I guess I'm in the minority. I've continued to be reminded why I "retired" from Halo. I get agitated by just draining ammo into people for nothing. I probably just need to keep practicing. Because it literally took me months to become a decent player when I first picked up Halo.

Campaign dragged on, and on, and on... I hated it and just wanted it to end. I dont know if I have the patience for Legendary co-op. Let alone solo.

I love the assassinations, I love the UI and matchmaking filters. I like some of the changes to the weaponry. I miss dual-wielding(All of a sudden, certain guns have no use to me without the ability to have two of them). I dont care for the match voting. I feel like it should be two options, and that's it. None of the above I guess is cool, but 3 options with a "skip all" is too many and prolongs the process.

Rank, unlockables, and customization are nice(except for emblems that seem to be exactly the same as they were, for a lot of the options, since Halo 2).

I need to give it a few more days before I completely write the game off. But that's how I feel after a two days.
