One of my young family members has leukemia and spends most of his time in a local children's hospital. Rickie Jean came to visit him and gave him a game ball signed by the entire team, really cool guy. I know a lot of players do stuff like this, but my nephew was ecstatic that he came to visit and hang out with him for a bit.

I'm not, McCloughan hasn't broken the bank open for any of these guys so far, proving to be methodical in free agency and frugal with his cap space. Offensive linemen rarely hit free agency, and the ones that do typically get overpaid and/or have blemishes. The best way to build the line is through the draft, and I think that's how we will approach it.

Well, I believe PFF focus ranked him 86 out of 87 FS, but the 87th was Ryan Clark, so we at least upgraded. I also know he was pretty miscast in the Tampa 2, so I think a move back to an attacking 3-4 will be a benefit to Goldson. At the very least, we only give up a sixth round pick, get a seventh in return, and Tampa Bay is on the hook for the guaranteed bonus money. It's a very low risk move with a high reward if Goldson is even half the player he was in 2011/12.

With the Redskins picking up RG3's 5th year option I think it's a lock that the Redskins will take Amari Cooper at number 5. They are going to do whatever they possibly can to surround Griffin with talent to make this work. With DJax and Cooper outside and Garcon working out of the slot, they'll have three very talented WRs who can run short crisp routes and make plays after the catch. This allows Griffin to get the ball out quickly and avoid taking hits or making mental mistakes as he waits for plays to develop.

To me, I don't think that means anything. The contract is only guaranteed if he is injured, so if the Redskins cut him after the season before the new league year begins, they don't owe him anything or have a cap penalty. I don't know why they didn't just let the option go and franchise him, so I guess it's because they want him going in with confidence instead of being a lame duck QB.

I still think we are trading down- I'd draft Beasley at #5, who I am really high on, but I think it's going to be a moot point.

McCloughan's MO is BPA, so I definitely see him as a possibility in the second.

I also am very high on Beasley but I'm thinking the team goes heavy on offense in the draft
