I hate the Cowboys as much as the next guy...but I was actually impressed that Romo did that bad, and the Giants still needed a last-minute drive to win that game. Tells you a lot about the team. If Romo can perform well like he did last week, they'll be scary.

It was a great game and really fun to watch, seems like both teams are having an identity crisis with the way the Cowboys ran the ball and the way the Giants passed it. Not used to seeing that from those two teams as of late.

I was a big time Eli hater since the start of his career but it is now clear that Eli is a good Quarterback. He out played Romo in Dallas and got his team the win. Eli is a top 10 QB now and it looks like he is getting better and better every year.

And where the hell did Mario Manningham come from? I know, Michigan, but this guy was never that good and he looked like an all-pro last night. He reminded me of Marvin Harrison a little bit.

It's only week 2 so this game really doesn't mean much, lot can and most likely will happen by the end of the season.

It doesn't help him that he has a bunch of #3's as his WR and dumbass for his OC. not Counting the 3 lucky as TD's the cowboys top 3 WR have a amazing 8rec for 117yrds(3rec for 42 yrds against the giants). The Cowboys sealed their season when they got rid of TO and kept Jason Garrett.

It's funny someone on here already mentioned that it took Pierce 1 week of film to be able to know what plays we are calling. Iwould like to point out that he had 17 weeks of film, because this is the same O gameplan as last yr.

Here at VSN it's never the quarterbacks fault. If half these people ran the show, Ryan Leaf would still be in the league, because it's either....

A. The coaches fault.
B. The defenses fault.
C. The running backs fault.
D. The cheerleader who didn't do the correct dance steps fault.

It all revolves around the quarterback. Yes, having a great team around him, helps, but a great quarterback can lead his team to victories, with a less than stellar defense. Manning has done it, Warner has done it, many guys have done it. What Tony Romo did last night, would deflate any defense good or bad. You can blame Wade Phillips, because as usual, the coach will take the blame, but that shit last night, is on Tony Romo. He questioned his leadership, and made that one of his main priorites during the offseason, which is a respectable thing to do... but last night was ridiculous. He made throws that I used to make back in highschool.

The best teams in the league will go as far as their quarterbacks take them.. Even Minnesota, will find it hard to overcome another Favre breakdown late in the season. If Tony Romo doesn't step up, he should not only get the blame, but he should take it, as well.
