Online Ranked Games DOOMED?

A certain well-known poster in the online forums used the NE playbook and Direct HB snap vs. yours truly. Hmmmmmmm.

Sidenote: I'm sure he didn't know about this. I'm just busting his balls.

Yeah I use this play and didn't know it was ever a problem. The play isn't even that successful to the point where it's an automatic 10 yards. Even an automatic 5 yards.

I think I'll continue to use this play because it's not that big of a deal IMO.

This is actually very helpful. Because if you are trying to play sim style in a league then you need to know what kinds of plays to ban.

Most Leagues (I know GGML and others) had already banned this . Once you used it in practice it was obvious that it was no less glitchy than last year if not worse this year.

How do you compare the wildcat to the hb direct? With the wildcat you know the wr/rb is going to get it and can play accordingly. With the hb direct you are expecting the pass. Just call a draw, why do you have to call the direct snap?

The HB direct is notorious (sp?) for freezing up the D . I am not sure if the wildcat does the same , nobody really uses it with good success that I can see

Some guy just ran this exact same scheme on me. No matter how many I loaded up the on the side of the play Willie Parker would still dash around my defense. I guess that's what I get for playing a guy named x Quick Stickz x

You see , your idea is good but the final product won't get the same results as you hoped .
You post it thinking , "I am tired of this , lets expose ........." which is how most of us would think .

But the end result ends up being , OMG! DO U SEE DIS $$$ PLAY DIS D00D JST POSTED!!! OMG!!! IMMA USE IT ALL YEAR IN RANKED GMS!!! (used fucked up writing because that's how most ranked bums seem to talk for some reason )

Which for people who enjoy playing ranked without glitchy ass direct snaps ruins the experince completly . Luckily I only play ranked when I am completly bored . So it's not a huge issue

Actually, I think him posting this is a good thing. The only way EA spends time to patch this issue is if it's a game killer. If a lot of online players start exploiting this glitch, EA may patch it.

Yeah because they Patched every other glitch didn't they . The funniest thing is this glitch was in 09 , they patched the snap to the WR but left the glitchy ass snap to the HB in the game . They had several months to fix it and nothing . The play was banned from most leagues and every tourney in 09 but they still left it in there .

And I had no problem with posting the glitch but he included freaking audibles on how to run a gay scheme with it . That sounds like more of a " how to do ....tips and glitch" segment to me than exposing a glitch . He didn't post it in a I'm going to expose EA manner by including them audibles and such in my eyes , he posted it in a "heres a sick scheme to run online" way .

Again thats just how it came off to me
