Don't forget, you can level up your guy by doing the single player missions also, doesn't HAVE to be on-line.

That plus you unlock ammo bags which you can drop, but you only start with 1 so don't waste it....we learned that the hard way haha. Before you start a game you can swap out the equipment you've unlocked.

I've had this game for a pretty long while, had a sale on steam. Gets boring after repeatedly playing it, but it's a fun game. Runs a lot like left 4 dead but with cops, not zombies.

So my cousin and I both reached level 24 last night and I think Wings and Pad are at around 18?

This game is so fun but so tough. I'm still baffled why you HAVE to play the last two maps on Hard. I just don't understand that. I can tell you that we have a lot of leveling to do before we attempt that.

I'm glad I finally unlocked the medic bag and the SMG and .44 magnum.

It's crazy to think this game has 145 levels and you only level like one or maybe two times per map. We tried playing on Overkill a few times and just got eaten alive.

I was also pissed that we didn't get the trophy for destroying the cameras in the bank within ten seconds. Everything we've read says there are ten camera, which we all destroyed. Then my cousin finds one more on the lower level in a back cubicle area. I just don't see how we can get to that one in time?

FYI, there is supposed to be DLC coming soon for this game. A Nixon mask, new weapons and new maps. I'm hoping for at least two more heists and that it isn't more than $10. Although they announced this DLC right around the time the game came out in October so...

Well, now that I realized how leveling up actually works, I'm going to keep going with the Support tree. There seem to be a some good team oriented upgrades there.

I sent my cousin a text last night telling him that I played a few missions with Shark and went from 24 to 28. Of course he never likes to be one-upped so he texts me back about an hour later telling me that he played the bank twice on solo on Hard and gained two levels each time. I jump back on and play the back ONCE on Hard solo and somehow gained FOUR levels and also got a trophy. LOL. He was pissed because that he couldn't play with us because his daughter started fussing.

Basically, the tree that you have selected when you level up will get the next upgrade in its respective queue. The next upgrade for each tree is listed when you hold down the Select button, and each tree's unlock progressions are listed in the main menu. It also doesn't matter if you change trees halfway between levels. The one that is selected at the time you level up is the one that is upgraded.

For example, if you have Assault selected at the time you level up, you'll unlock the next upgrade listed for the Assault tree.

That's how you go about getting those trophies then. They have ones where you upgrade a certain class while under an assault by the cops. I got one accidentally last night.
