Even with those dicks I'm still hooked on this game. I just one to do 'one more heist'. Leveling up and unlocking shit is addictive.

Even though there are only six maps they never get old to me and I just want to keep replaying them.

Six maps total. You can play solo or online co-op on each with different difficulty settings.

Just played the Demo - sold.

Thanks to PlayStation Plus, I snagged the $9 sale.

DEFINITELY need to play with people, though. AI is fucking retarded.

It's a co-op game. And the maps/scenarios never play out the same way. It's like L4D and how the AI "director" makes things different each time.

Plus, if you would've bought it last week you could've gotten it for $9-13.

Got up to level 75 last night with Hacket, Pad and my cousin. Only 70 levels to go! Ha. Got a few trophies too. Sorry Wings, but you messaged me after we had four.

I still can not get that trophy for making a heavy SWAT give up. Fuck me.

My cousin said that he played the bank on Overkill last night after we stopped playing and went up three levels and made $5mil. Damn.

The first time I ever played the bank solo on Hard I went up four levels and almost shit.

Played some more with Pad, Wings and a new addition, TeflonDonny! Poor TD was only a level 5 but ended up at 11 about an hour later.

Overkill is a bitch. I think we all need to be leveled up a bit more before trying that. I think my cousin got lucky playing through on solo. It happens. Not only can the CPU really step up occasionally but sometimes the cop waves are pretty light. My first time playing the bank on Hard I blew right through it.

Why didn't we get the Diamond Heist trophy? I checked ps3trophies.org and all it says is that you have to defuse the panels without being seen and then finish the heist, which we did.

A teaser trailer popped up on the official Payday: The Heist YouTube channel showing off a collaboration between Valve and developer Overkill. Titled No Mercy, the in-development content will allegedly tell the story of how Left 4 Dead's zombie outbreak began. "Have you ever wondered how the Left 4 Dead series began? It started with a heist!" says the YouTube video description.

From the looks of things, it involves a group of armed thieves who assault Mercy Hospital in search of a particular patient's blood. Naturally, the search is not a peaceful one.
