The only people who aren't justifying what Mayweather did have to be the ones who bet on Ortiz. Ortiz straight up Balrog'd that dude. The ref deducted a point, Ortiz apologized, fight on. Floyd wanted nothing to do with that apology.

Regardless if Floyd accepted it or not, Ortiz hugged him AND kissed him once before the ref restarted the fight. The ref started the fight, THEN he checked if time was in. That's a fail on it's own but you can't blame Mayweather in the least bit for fighting when the fight was on.

All of the blame should go to Ortiz for headbutting, then hugging and kissing. He should not have tried to hug him again after the ref brought him to the corner, he had already apologized.

He said he looked at the Ref after the first hit to see if he would dq or deduct a point from mayweather. So I'm assuming he didn't think the fight had been restarted.
