Randy Moss to visit/work out for Saints

Amid widespread bounty allegations, the New Orleans Saints still are conducting the business of potentially adding to their roster.

Sources tell FOXSports.com that the Saints are bringing in former All-Pro receiver Randy Moss for a workout Tuesday, along with former Packers quarterback Brian Brohm, who will throw during the workout.

Moss announced his retirement before the 2011 season, and then announced his potential unretirement weeks ago.

The Saints are believed to be one of a few teams that are interested in bringing Moss in for a workout in the coming weeks.

If he's not motivated to play with Drew Brees.. I don't know if he will ever be motivated.

It all depends on Moss and if he wants to play. He was having problems getting his head right to play with Tom Brady and Brett Favre so I don't know that just being on the field with Brees is going to do it for him.

If the Saints cant get Colston back I think Moss would be a great fit for the Saints. Moss is probably a faster receiver than the lengthy Colston but Marquis can run routes like no other. But overall it would work out. And he also needs someone to throw to him and not looking like Brees is locked up there anytime soon.

On paper it sounds great, but I suspect he'd be replacing Colston, which isn't a good thing, because Colston actually runs routes and goes across the middle and the Saints already have 2 deep threats in Henderson and Meachem (although Meachem is a FA). With Graham's emergence it appears Colston is probably expendable, but still. I don't trust Moss, as he's a quitter.
